EATING SCHEDULE!
Breakast: a cup size of Cereal with bananas!
Lunch: Ramen noodles without the seasoning! after i workout for 2 hours!
Dinner:More Ramen!
So thats how i am starting to keep off my pounds! I'm try to get off some belly fat for new jeans and for no bulge that can be seen! Try this and see if it helps! If u dont like the songs on Just dance just lower the TV put on some songs you like and do free style! And if you want to see how much calories you lose go to the sweat program!

im 14 and weigh around 300 lbs... my whole family is large and its really hard to lose weight considering i have 3 other brothers in the house who are perfectly healthy and my mom keeps snacks and unhealthy c**p stocked in the house for them. trust me, i know how u feel...

I'm 16 and have just turned over to 500lbs. Not sure how i let myself get so big, considering i was only 200lbs around 14. I just crave food all the time. I'm barely able to walk at this point.
1.I started walking to school, their and back but had lunch at school.
2. a lady wanted me to join a sport so I did it was called football.
3. I loved doing stuff, moving around and all that fun stuff.
4.looked for workouts online and found a youtube channel called "befit" so search that up
I dont watch my eating very well but I have seen a difference I weigh around 250 if not lower. and I have about 10 pounds of muscle all over my body.

Hi My Name is Alyssa i weigh 360 to 370 im 13. My family tells me over and over that i need to lose wieght but eveytime i say i am sosmthing happens so then i dont say it at all out loud i just do it but still like the other day i had Super Bad back pain for 3 days couldnt walk and if i did it was to my bed and restrom thats it its getting better. But the only reason im saying this stuff is becuase latley ive been noticing and my fam. has been telling me im about to have a heart attck any day know. and The othe morning it was like 5:30am i woke up and everything went wight and my sister was in the room with me alsleep in her bed and My whole body froze up my heart starting beating faster then a secound and i teried to say my sister name but i couldnt so i freak out and finally came out of it and never went back to sleep the whole day. I told my mom but she just tells me Your fat its gonna happen and the doctor where i live are not Good at alllll they just nock offs of the real ones and my mom doesnt want to take me to Houston where they have good doctors and she just tells me to loose weight but its hard becouse on tp of all that i have high blood perssure and the verg of diebetes. So i need help but idk what to do i dropped out of school im homeschooled know becuase i could see my self getting bigger and didnt want to spen my 8th grade yr feeling ugly and fat so i dropped out and ya I neeed Helpp.
