Hi! I'm 13 and 256 pounds 5 days ago i was 261!! If you want a quick way to lose weight play on Just Dance for Wii or any other energy based games! Also i tend to stay away from choclates and eat 1 sweet every 2 weeks! Dont Starve yourself! i work out for 2 hours a day and you can do it in your house just walk around or run across a room!


EATING SCHEDULE!

Breakast: a cup size of Cereal with bananas!


Lunch: Ramen noodles without the seasoning! after i workout for 2 hours!


Dinner:More Ramen!



So thats how i am starting to keep off my pounds! I'm try to get off some belly fat for new jeans and for no bulge that can be seen! Try this and see if it helps! If u dont like the songs on Just dance just lower the TV put on some songs you like and do free style! And if you want to see how much calories you lose go to the sweat program!

im 14 and weigh around 300 lbs... my whole family is large and its really hard to lose weight considering i have 3 other brothers in the house who are perfectly healthy and my mom keeps snacks and unhealthy c**p stocked in the house for them. trust me, i know how u feel...

Losing weight is hard, especially if you're just trying to "punish" or deprive yourself of all the things you really enjoy. From my limited experience, the only time I've ever been able to successfully lose weight, feel better about my body and in it, as well as keep it off with ease is by learning about nurtrition in a really big way. I cannot recommend the book "Eat to Live" by Dr. Fuhrman any more. I was so eager to lose weight after having been a little overweight before getting pregnant and then putting on a lot of weight, that I did his intensive 6 week weight loss plan, and it WORKED. I was hardly even active at all since it was in the middle of winter and we had tons of snowstorms in New England at the time, but I really lost it. It was hardest for the first few days as I went through withdrawls and mentally wrestled with not eating unhealthy foods, but knowing WHY I was doing it was so motivating, and seeing fast results was even more so! I hope you'll read it! Another option would be to read his other book "Disease-Proof Your Child", but I'd suggest Eat to Live most.

I'm two-hundred-ninety something... Andim 13. I turned 13 in October, and I have went on endless diets, and I admit it- I sneak food... I have for years... It's terrible, because eat like crazy, and whenever I'm bored or upset, I eat!!!! I can't stop!!!): I've never been the girl I've wanted to be, I want to lose weight and show people I am beautiful, but then I sneak more and the process goes on and on.... Can't take the hurt anymore...

I'm a 14 year old girl and I weigh 189lbs I was 14 stone now I'm 13 & half I am still dieting by counting my calories and not eating any junk only 2 times in three weeks, and only drinking water its hard but it pays off and insted of reaching for chocolates I'm getting an ice lolly insted less calories :) hope I helped abit

My heart goes out to you. Do you have trouble walking even short distances? Do you have any problems with skin rashes under your belly or anything? I am fighting some skin problems under my gut. Very painful.

dont eat alot do push ups and cardio...sit ups...eat more fruit. go jogging dont be a couch patoto. throw away junk food. take that candy out of your dresser and 60 min of play time..:)

The first thing you need to do is see a medical doctor. If you haven't done so, you may find out there is a physical reason why you weigh 300 lbs. at age 13. I wouldn't go on any diet if I were you unless you are under medical guidance. You need to find out how many calories per day you need to be eating if there is no medical problem. Go see your doctor. This isn't something you should act on using advice from the Internet.

This is a very unhealthy diet, especially when you are exercising. You need to get some professional help in nutrition. Ramen noodles with or without the seasoning are adding very little food value. You say to not starve yourself, but as far as vitamins, minerals, fiber and all the things we need daily, starving is what you are doing. Talk to your parents and get some help.

I'm 16 and have just turned over to 500lbs. Not sure how i let myself get so big, considering i was only 200lbs around 14. I just crave food all the time. I'm barely able to walk at this point.

Talk to your parents. If they're willing to help you and spend money, try a diet called "Ideal Protein". I was 12 and 250 pounds, and in 3 months I lost 50 pounds in a very healthy away. I gained it back plus about 75 pounds due to not correctly finishing the diet due to financial problems, but it definitely works! It's 90 dollars a week, and it consists of eating two pre-planned meals a day (like 2 shakes or something), and a meal consisting of meat and vegetables. It's very strict, but efficient. You have to go to your local doctor and weigh in every Friday.

I was Twelve and weighed 307 Pounds no muscle but one day my friend and I started playing kinect sports with my friend and my mom said she was happy to see me exercising. and I loved playing kinect sports and played it everyday and after awhile my mom said that I was losing alot of weight so I knew it was working so I decided to change my lifestyle.

1.I started walking to school, their and back but had lunch at school.
2. a lady wanted me to join a sport so I did it was called football.
3. I loved doing stuff, moving around and all that fun stuff.
4.looked for workouts online and found a youtube channel called "befit" so search that up

I dont watch my eating very well but I have seen a difference I weigh around 250 if not lower. and I have about 10 pounds of muscle all over my body.

Hi My Name is Alyssa i weigh 360 to 370 im 13. My family tells me over and over that i need to lose wieght but eveytime i say i am sosmthing happens so then i dont say it at all out loud i just do it but still like the other day i had Super Bad back pain for 3 days couldnt walk and if i did it was to my bed and restrom thats it its getting better. But the only reason im saying this stuff is becuase latley ive been noticing and my fam. has been telling me im about to have a heart attck any day know. and The othe morning it was like 5:30am i woke up and everything went wight and my sister was in the room with me alsleep in her bed and My whole body froze up my heart starting beating faster then a secound and i teried to say my sister name but i couldnt so i freak out and finally came out of it and never went back to sleep the whole day. I told my mom but she just tells me Your fat its gonna happen and the doctor where i live are not Good at alllll they just nock offs of the real ones and my mom doesnt want to take me to Houston where they have good doctors and she just tells me to loose weight but its hard becouse on tp of all that i have high blood perssure and the verg of diebetes. So i need help but idk what to do i dropped out of school im homeschooled know becuase i could see my self getting bigger and didnt want to spen my 8th grade yr feeling ugly and fat so i dropped out and ya I neeed Helpp.
