Good job! I don't know how your doing now considering this post was three years ago. BUT losing weight is easy, it is just sticking to it that is the hard part! I hope all is going well! I would like to keep up with your story! :-)

As someone else said this was posted quite awhile ago! You've probably lost a little by now, if you're looking to lose more i can give you some tips: 1. Portions count on EVERYTHING. If you're going to eat meat then eat nothing bigger than a deck of cards or your fist. 2. Don't eat salads, lettuce is basically water and has little to no nutritional value. Plus just lettuce doesnt fill you up for a long amount of time so you can mix in a bit of meat, fruit, or boiled egg if you like. You CAN have ranch, but limit yourself to a table spoon because there are some that have a c**p ton of calories, carbs and unhealthy fats. 3. Try your hardest to stay away from bread. Wheat bread isn't so bad for you but remember only ONE PIECE. You can have butter on it but don't put the whole container like I used to do. 4. You can still have all the things you love but you must FOLLOW THE SURVING SIZE. Even if you have to sit there and count how many chips or measure an exact amount for anything else you MUST do it. Stay away from junk foods, if you absolutely must have something sweet then you could always purchase some "Adkins" snacks or even nutrisystem ones at the store. 5. Drink a lot of water. Try to increase by a little each day until you're to at least three bottles PER day. If you're not into water you can pour a packet of crystal light to make it taste better. 6. Do not lose weight just to get everyone to think you're pretty. You're beautiful either way, lose weight for YOU. People will not think better of you unless you think better of yourself. You love yourself and embrace your flaws, and everyone else will follow. I know it sounds super cheesy but it works for me. 7. Maybe to for brisk walks in the afternoons and on weekends, if you don't like to do that then play with a pet or an Xbox Kinnect game that you enjoy. Anything to get your heart up! If you follow this for about a month, you'll find yourself not craving junk food so much anymore. I've been doing this for a long time and have lost about 100lbs. It's not gonna happen over night, nor over a week or month. You can track your progress by weighing or measuring around your waist MONTHLY. You can also go on Nutrisystem, I know it sounds like a load of c**p but it worked for me and helped me start out :) I lost my first 50lbs with their help but a word of advice! Do NOT just eat nutrisystem. Eat subway or any healthy foods for lunch and take one of their brownies for lunch. Their sweet stuff tastes so real! Especially the ice cream! The reason I tell you not to just eat nutrisystem is because after I got off of it I started experiencing horrible stomach pains after I ate anything even kind of bad for me. Some were so bad I actually cried. Remember to have healthy snacks, like a stick of cheese, some sweet watermelon or a granola bar! Nature Valley has some really good ones that have the entire back of them covered in Chocolate. Only have one of those. Remember that if you're going to eat something then you should look at the calories, carbs, fiber and protein. Protien keeps you from getting hungry and fiber does that too but it also keeps you "cleaned out". I know, gross. This works for me, and I hope it does for you! Hey and dont we all want to lose weight? like im 13 and weigh 250 but dont wanna go further and this website has been helping me alot i use to weigh 280 but lost like 30 pounds in a month you can go to this website called

 or downloadd it on your phone keep track on what you eat and exercise too alot like 4 times a week i exercise 7 days a week one or two times a day about a 1 and 3 mins its not easy but just dont give up first try give it 3 months if nothing is happening talk to your parents about eating healthy and hitting the gym they will understand hope this helped!

15 and 500 pounds?!?  That's just plain dangerous. You need help!

it can be really hard to lose wieght I'm 13 and wiegh 160. The best way to lose wieght is to shut ur mouth. No one can do it for u. U can do it . Nothings impossibe. U have to aviod mcdonaldls anything fried and sweet. Fried stuff is bascically ur belly, arm and leg fat. So think of tht next time u wanna eat something

In all honestly I don't see why everyone wants to loose weight. If you don't have any serious health problems whats the big deal. I'm the fattest person my whole school at 545lbs and no one treats me any different. I actually plan on getting fatter. I eat upwards of 5000kcal a day and love every bite. Not only that but I spend 99% of my days sitting down. I only walk for 30 secs between class and 1 minute to my school drive where I get picked up. I guess what I'm trying to say is simply do not worry. Enjoy Life!

Hi. so i am 14 years old 15 in september and im 6.1-2 and i weight about 190-205 lbs so i need some help i have bought protein drinks and then my risk buy was the mass gainer so i know mass gainer is for skinny people do gain weight but if i take about 600 calories of food like salad, chicken, drink about 2L of water a day some times even more but im here only for one reason will the mass gainer make me go fat if i drink it my doctor sayt i have normal weight for my height but i want more muscle and abs but will the mass gainer help me to get abs
