Correct the small amount of clear sticky fluid released when aroused before you climax/orgasm/ejaculate is called pre-ejaculstory fluid (precum) . While in its pure form it does not contain sperm cells, it can contain some of the person recently ejaculated beforehand...... and you’re right unfortunately there’s not much you can do except e patient and wait for your body to go through puberty a hit more .... but don’t worry you will eventually be able to ejaculate and also remember you are not the only one who can’t.... there are plenty of people you’re age and older who are not able to ejaculate yet..... have you noticed your testicles getting larger? Yeah Same, I don't get precum or any liquid when I orgasm, then I stop because if u carry on I start shaking and it hurts. A little bit after i orgasm a drop of clear sticky liquid comes.

Usually that’s how it works.... but as you go through puberty you will eventually be able to produce pre-cum and semen (cum)
