Yeah things can change a lot in a year so hopefully in the next few months things change for you.
As far as being underdeveloped, testicle and penis size can vary a great deal among guys the same age.
The only time penis size is a concern is if it is a micro penis.
A doctor visit would be the best way to find out if there are any development issues.
Doing a search for average testicle and penis size might give you an idea of what is considered average.
The posts on here about size shows just how much it can vary but your most likely not done growing yet so if there are any concerns that could change as well.
Well I think my penis is 4 inches bone pressed, 3.25 when not, and my balls are like grape sized. So I think around 3x2cm. I'm not sure if that's average or not, probably below average for an adult.
Your size is fine and with just turning 15 you could still grow some.
Adult average penis size is around 5.5 inches and testicle size is 3.6 to 5.5 cm.
So really nothing to worry about your probably close to the average size for your age.
Oh that's great to know. I thought I was a lot smaller than most people my age. My flaccid size is quite small though (atleast I think it is), around 1.5-2 inches. I know flaccid size doesn't matter at all but it's still a bit of a self pride thing ya know.
Some guys your age will be a lot bigger just as some would be about the same size or maybe smaller.
Hopefully your not done growing yet and yeah understand about the self pride thing.
Yeah flaccid size doesn't mean much at all but in the change after gym or in the showers it can be a bit intimidating.
Yeah I suppose if I'm short right now I wont have an adult sized penis. When someone has a growth spurt does their penis grow with the rest of their body or is that separate? I think I'm going to have a growth spurt soon because I've been sleeping a lot and been feeling more hungry.

Your penis hopefully will grow when you have a growth spurt how much change there is in your height and size is really difficult to predict.
You still have lots of time for growth to happen and hopefully your height and size increase.
