Depending on your age your and when you started puberty your size is just fine and you no doubt have lots of growth and development ahead of you yet.
Your friends unless you have seen what they are packin there is a chance they are not being honest about their size. It sounds like you are developing just as you should be and it will grow by how much is hard to predict but there is nothing to be worried about.
