i also have a similar problem !! it is a strong itching with foul smell and some sweat !!!
Thank you!!! For the last couple years I have dealt with itching, flaking, and foul smell from scrotum area. It has gotten progressively worse to the point where I hate to go anywhere and it affects my work. The only relief has been Benadryl and I have gone through a lot of it. I have tried various remedies and nothing has worked. I refuse to go to American doctors (I refer to them as "insurance technicians") as I've had little good experience with them.
Anyway, I read your post about the triple antibiotic ointment and had not tried that. So I bought some Walgreen's brand and after 3 days I have noticed an amazing improvement. Smell is gone and I have minimal itching. I will keep on using. I can already tell, this is the remedy.
Thanks for posting this. Also, as for the American doctors, I know there are some exceptions but would like to share an experience I had with Mexican doctors. A few years ago I got to where I could not poop. I had been back and forth to the Caribbean for years and on a trip down I decided to go to Mexico and get checked out (thought I might have cancer or something). Anyway, the gastro-specialist asked me many questions before anything else and already had it pegged as a parasite. I had lab tests, ultra-sound, etc. and sure enough it was a round worm. It was cured and the total for everything including the specialist was just a little over $150.00 US. I doubt that the American quacks could have even figured it out and no telling what it would have cost. My hat's off to the Mexicans. I pray for our country and the whole insurance scam!!!!! Just thought I'd share that.

I am almost sure it is a yeast infection in 90 percent of these cases. Too much beer drinking, sugar eating, antibiotics are all to blame. I am going to try and do the yeast cleanse that was recommended by the doctor on the first post by using the acidophilus products and any other yeast killers.

I got the same problem i got this problem last week im just 13 im shy to tell my parents but anyone know how to cure this????? please help...... the smell keeps getting bad if its not getting washed.......
if you have this, use tea tree oil, and any cheap "triple antibiotic ointment", shower really well, dry the area after you dry the rest of your body very well, pat dry the affected area, appy the tea tree oil thickly, let it sit and kinda dry for a few mins, then put the ointment on next nice and heavy all around the affected crease area, do this for 2 or 3 days you should be good to go, 7k? geez dude, sorry to hear that, modern medicine is a joke, the cures are all around us.
also forgot to post, don't be freaked out but it will burn like crazy for about 20 minutes....thats the tree oil beginning to kill fungi/bacteria. Good luck anyone that has this issue.
