I have this problem as well, but what I've found is that they show up in areas that I shave with a razor. In particular, they were showing up on my cheek and chin areas. I'd squeeze them and make them pop and I'd get a clear liquid that would ooze for 2 or 3 days. I'd also get the scabbing. But I explained this to someone I know and they told me that they were ingrown hairs from shaving that have gotten infected. I mean I ended up having lots of them in the areas I normally shave and my skin was always itchy in those areas when the hair started growing back. At that same time the bumps would start forming. I started getting my face waxed instead of shaving. They all cleared up within about a week or two and I didn't have any more for about a year until I went to a different shop and after the lady waxed my face she used a razor. So, now I am temporarily back to a chin full of bumps! Hope this helps!!!

I have the same problem - itchy welts on my face that release a yellowish/orange liquid that crusts. When you scratch off the crusty crystals the welt it oozes the liquid again. It goes away after a day or two, but they come back. I read somewhere that it may be related to sugar and I did notice that sugary foods exacerbate the problem, but I'm not sure that sugar is the culprit. I started taking Korean ginseng to reduce my blood sugar, which helps but hasn't solved the problem entirely.

I remember the first time I got this skin problem as it was in my ear and oozed and scabbed for days. I remember having contact with a dog with severe skin condition partly involving demodex at the time. Now I get the bumps on my face all the time. Horrible.

Too many carbs and sugar will give you this outbreak and it won't stop until the sugars do.. Stop all carb/ sugar intake to very VERY small levels and it will all clear up very quickly. Once it goes try a massive sugar hit and watch it come back. Remember you are in control of your body not the sugars.

This is exactly what I get. Some seem to be the cause of touching my chin as I have a few course hairs that grow (thanks menopause!) trying so hard to not touch but the spots are painful and the redness ooze and puffiness NOT pleasant to live with. I've tried ingrown out a product I found which has camfour (spelling??) and it helps but not touching those painful swollen or even teenie whiteheads seems to help yet doesn't stop them from coming back again and again. :(
