It was in my feet now feet and hands and I've gone to ER for Bactetial infection too that gave me severe chills and fever before a outbreak of rednes and pain on side of my feet. Sucks! Painful. I've actually got it atm. It's all over my hands. I've been told it can be a allergic reaction to washing up liquid. I really don't know though. Doctors have told my mate he would of died if he had drank 1 more day he would of died for sure. He told then he had drank for a day but he had drank non stop for 3 days and coughed up blood. Hopefully it's a allergic reaction but that's going to be hard to find out what because our hands touch so much different things

Your problem is related to sweat glands which are located between the fingers, i.e. -on the sides of the fingers. There are a few things which can cause them to act up this way or many similar ways. One of the possible ways this problem can be brought on is having your hands in water a lot, Can't remember all the different thing that my doctor talked about but I remember 'water' was the issue with me.

Treatment would be avoiding the things mentioned in literature about this type of dermatitis, the name of which I do not remember now, but your doctor should be able to tune you in on. The medication, and for me, the only one that helped is Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, USP (.1%) (1/10th of a percent). Rub this stuff on and although it takes a little time to work (maybe a half hour or so) it will eventually help.

I found that the itch, before I finally saw my doc about it, for me was so intense I initially couldn't ignore it and just proceeded to tear off my flesh by scratching and getting some temporary relief by replacing the itch with pain. Not a wise, nor effective way to handle this problem for sure, I'm an impatient person you might say. But I mention it so that you will get a doctor & the cream to put on as soon as you start feeling the first symptoms coming on. Cause once it gets to a later stage of development, at least for me, it's too late.

Another thing I thought I'd mention is how long I dealt with this intermittent issue, with me anyway, before seeing the doctor about it. Because of it's indeterminacy and how minor an issue it seemed if I even remembered I had it when at the doc's for a regular visit, I put it off for at least 30 years. Then it started to happen to sides of finger next to the one I historically got it on. Then it popped up on the side of my hand where just found out, more of little sweat glands exist on me at least and I finally thought it was time to talk to the doc about it and prayed I hadn't swept some weird kind of leprosy under the rug for 30 years that could have been cured if only I'd caught it in time. Thank goodness this wasn't the case.

This stuff I mentioned above really works but it has to be prescribed by a medical doc. I'm the drug I mentioned comes in a variety of generic flavors but THAT is the stuff you need.

Hope it helps, and hope you don't go though 30 years of occasional agony like certain Homers I know did, before getting what they needed all along. Good Luck. -Rex

i have been dealing with the same thing. small cler bumps on top of fingers, on knuckles or sides of fingers and on palms. it has occurred much less since going to non toxic products, eliminating sodium laurel sulfate or sodium laureth sulfates from ANY BODY, face, hair or hand wash/soap. and hand cleaners too if i can help it. these are irritants and my skin would react.

I have this same problem and this is going to sound crazy, but I have done some research and tested 35%food grade hydrogen peroxide. (It's not the stuff in the brown bottle) you add a few drops in 6 ounces of water and drink it. This works great for me. Do your own research and test it out. Just goggle ( natural healing of h202)

Try "LIDEX", ( fluocinonide 0.05% liquid, ointment or cream )
Works on the redness ( inflammation ), itching, and drying, flaking skin. For the HOT WATER "head orgasm"-- don't do the hot water. Water blisters will disappear. However, in my case at least, my "nerves" seem to be involved, and the rash has moved from my arms to hands, to my palm(s). When it was on my arms, the Doctor wrapped them in gauze, and poured silver nitrite on them, and after a few days, voila--gone. However, psoriasis and sometimes attendant Psoriatic Arthritis comes with same, and it may start with water blisters that itch. I may now have that, as my daughter has a full blown case of it. It is genetic.

I have what you have but I don't think it's eczema or anything else that was mentioned because the bumps appear quite differently and mine don't itch at all. They just make my skin peel after a while. They aren't like warts, more like tapioca looking bumps under the skin. Have you gotten any updates on what this might be?

Thank you for the information.
My daughters stared getting the small white dots 4 years ago when she was 9. She gets it on her hands all over her palms in between her fingers. She gets it when the temperature changes from cool to hot weather. She gets the bubbles, then it dry up, finally it peels and gets all wrinkled. Last year she got it on her feet, which it was hard for her to walk. She also suffers from sweaty hands and feet, I thought it was related to that but is not. The doctors don't want to give her anything because of her age. I stated getting it last year, but is only in on finger I have not done anything different from day to day.
