Tbh dude, if it doesn’t grow by 17 go see a doc and get testosterone treatment so it can grow and DO NOT WAIT. I’m 28 and my penis didn’t grow all throughout my life, I’ve had a 4.8 inch penis since I was 13. I didn’t know that only during your teens you’re able to grow it with testosterone therapy. After puberty, nothing will work and you’ll be stuck with a small penis forever. Go get help now dude.

Im 6.1 230 mostly muscle I used to be very overweighed pushing obese for most of my life until I decided to change a year ago I've never had problems with girls because I use different ways but my penis I'll say is very small like 4.5 inches and it has been like since I was like 10 or 11 and idk if that's normal
