Wow, I can't believe someone would want to get rid of their puffy nipples. Puffy nipples are very rare and absolutely sexy as hell. As someone else mentioned, especially when not wearing a bra and wearing a thin white tshirt. Having them pierced only exacerbates their sexiness ;)
I know so many girls who would kill to have nipples like that but dont... and its not as if you an get implants and ask to have your nipples be made puffy.... you girls should embrace it and revel in your uniquenesss!

I am a guy and I would think a girl with a nickel sized nipple would look really odd, the nipples would be way to small. Your nipples sound perfect and would love to play with them.
My breasts are also full B's with puffy areolas. I even have flat or inverted nipples. I thought it was unattractive & odd at first, but I've grown to be comfortable with my breasts. You have to realize that tits are tits! (Sorry to sound so immature) but it's true. Love your small boobs & puffy areolas! Looks great when our nipples are hard!

Mine are also extremely puffy, gigantic actually, which is from having herniated areolas. They've always been slightly puffy, but my breasts had a growth spurt between the ages of 17 and 18 and my areolas started looking like large balls growing on the ends of my breasts. The doctor explained that I have herniated areolas, and the breast tissue developed in my areolas instead of behind them. I was very self conscious and was told I could have surgery to correct it. But there were risks, such as scar tissue and loss of feeling in my nipples. And after finding out that a lot of guys are turned on by puffy areola, I decided against the surgery. I'm not at all self conscious now, and in fact love my breasts and the fact that they're so different from everyone elses. Sometimes we can be embarrassed because we don't look like everyone else and we are too critical of ourselves. Don't be.

One of the sexiest love scenes ever made was in the movie "the color of night" a Bruce Willis film staring Jane march she is stunning and has very very puffie areolas. I gasped when I saw them. Puffies are like a two for one gift a breast on top of a breast. The sexiest attribute a woman's body can have IMHO.
To be really honest I think most of the people replying here are women posing as men to make other women feel better, because it's an unnaturally high number of men who like puffy areolas. Truth is tastes vary; I hate puffy areolas... It's pretty disgusting. But other men might not think the same.

I think puffy nipples are great! But I noticed there's no real distinction here between nipples and areolas. Areolas are the area around the nipple itself. Puffy areolas are not really a problem for some, but for me (I'm female, dating women) it took some getting used to. would still prefer puffy nipples BUT small-medium areolas.
