I use a silicone penis ring to keep my foreskin retracted which increases sensitivity of the glans but I tend to cum more quickly.
Why bother, your foreskin will only roll back over your helmet. you will be always rolling the hood back to keep it behind the glans. Get it cut off if you want to look circumcised.
I started keeping foreskin back many years ago, yes it slipped back to start with but I used some surgical spirit (UK) ('hardens the skin, help stop bed-sores') where skin joins the shaft. Avoid the pee-hole ouch) This did indeed harden the skin or make it less flexible so not roll back so easily. Now it stays back all the time and never slips back. Looks and feels great. yes keep it back all the time and enjoy the look and the feeling. The head will start to get rougher and skin no longer slips back.
Update on my experience a year later:
I love it. It's almost natural now, soft or hard my head is exposed and looks clean and cut. In fact, now its more of a challenge to keep the skin over the head instead of the other way around. I still have sensitivy and sex feels great, though now I last longer. If someone would to see my penis, they would immediately think it is cut. Maybe I was just born with little forskin but the "keeping the forskin tucked under the glands" trick really did it.

Quite a few years back I decided to keep my foreskin back permanently. Once I got past the extreme sensitivity of head, it feels wonderful. The skin did swell so I put the foreskin back just for a couple of days then pulled it back again.
Today it will sit back out of the way no problems, in fact I can't leave it forward very long and it goes back behind the gland.
For me I'm very happy with my decision, it's dry, clean and fresh all the time. My wife likes it better too. Everything I do feels better and Ithat looks great. It's easier to get an erection and keep it longer. Pulling the skin back further and harder when erected is amazing.

Hi I've just started leaving my foreskin back as behind it was sweating and cause ing smells! Since then I've been super clean instantly but the head of my penis has dried out a bit! Will this improve or should I apply a small amount of baby oil to it each day to keep it moistened?
Because your keeping your foreskin back all the time the head of your penis will dry out and the skin will thicken and lose most it's sensitivity like it does on a guy's circumcised as long as you pull your foreskin back daily when you bath/shower you shouldn't have a problem with it staying clean.
I agree, always dry and smells fresh ... as a cut guy would.
Head drying:out: I have no problem with this, in fact the dry head looks rougher and more like a circumcised penis and feels so good when it rubs as no longer so sensitive.
Why not take some photos and compare them with circumcised guys as the head does dry out.

yes ..... my head has also become more 'pumped up' like a mushroom, as you say. either the head has got bigger or the skin has shrunk back as not having to cover the head. either way, the skin stays back all the time which is why i started keping skin back in the first place. hope you like the dry head and foreskin will happily settle behind your mushroom.
When I was in high school it was about a 50/50 split between cut and intact and of course we noticed that the cut guys seemed to be larger than us uncuts. I never thought that was because they were luckier than we were, actually I thought it was a result of not having a foreskin covering it. Since the penis is basically a sponge that fills with blood to create an erection I figured theirs were more blood filled because there was no foreskin hugging it to sort of squeeze it out. There was also the possibility of being semi- erect all the time from the head rubbing on everything constantly. But I discounted that because they didn't seem to have any more feeling in their head than I had in my finger. They could let it rub against whatever was nearby with no reaction at all while I would jump up and hit my head on the ceiling if mine got rubbed like that.
