simillar thing has happend to me I noticed this small bump on the back side of my penis, and I just thought it was another pimple so I didn't think twice of it, but today when I was just looking I noticed it had doubled its size and is just smaller than the size of a pea and I got really worried! at first I just thaught it was a pimple so I tried squeezing it to try to pop it, nothing happend, so I squeezed a little harder and a little bit of pus come out, but not much. and the size didn't change at all it seems to be under the skin and doesn't hurt when touched And doesn't changed size when erected. I'm only 14 and I often masterbate. I need to know what it is because I'm getting worried!!
You can get a nasty, nasty infect and you will trigger swelling on the Penis. It will not be pretty and unless it grows bigger leave it alone and it will go away. If it must be drained get it done in a hospital. --Again do NOT POKE OR POP IT if it's a lymphnode blockage - you can do serious damage to yourself.
I would not worry about it much, at 13 your hormones can be all over the place - pimples can and do form on the shaft of the penis especially when you're going through puberty. I'd just not aggravate it and do not pop them.

I have had this same hard bump on the left side at the base of the shaft. I had this for years. It gets hard and begins to hurt if I masturbate over excessively. When I stop it goes away.
