I try to masturbate every night. If I don't masturbate for a few days, sometimes I  prematurely ejaculate in my pants. Giving up masturbation is not an option for me. I'll have wet dreams or I'll get an erection early in the morning that wakes me up.

Use slow deep breathing when having sex ,In through the nose out through the mouth, and count each stroke in your head the same time ,when you get to 100 slow down ,

if you feel your getting too turned on slow down, its best to try and do this when your masturbating so you know you can last , try to work up to 20min,

Listen, it has nothing to do with masturbation. If anything masturbation can help you sustain a longer time, what the root cause is, is being anxious aka anxiety..
