So did you end up losing the weight?
I'm only 14. i'm 5'4" and i weigh pretty much 300 lbs. there are ways. on youtube you can find 20 minute workouts that will help. just do them 3 times a week and you'll lose quite a bit before you know it.
Listen April it's your family they are supposed to love you unconditionally for who you are as an individual not what you look like and although I wish the rest of the world was that way simple truth its not. Do not try to do the fast and easy way to try to lose weight by slowly killing your body it is permanently destructive and nothing is worth that. People on here have said that people judge you based on your appearance and yes they do to some extent, but to those who say the thinner you are the better you are treated that is utter BS. I used to believe I was fat because my father and stepmother would tell me on a daily basis that I was fat, ugly, and stupid (amongst other things that are not appropriate) and I would work so hard to try to become thin and pretty, but what I ended up realizing (and don't worry it took some time) was that I wasn't fat at all if anything I was underweight and malnourished as I had been most of my life (realizing this by reviewing my height/weight charts while growing up) I was fourteen 5' 1" and 92 lbs when I realized this. Since then I have merely been trying to keep my body mass at a healthy level, but even now I have issues keeping weight on and people mock me all the time for it even my own family. I have people assume I'm anorexic or bulemic all of the time which couldn't be farther from the truth, I have people make fun of me because of my breast size because all breasts are is fat and obviously if someone has issues putting on/keeping weight their breasts aren't going to be overly large (not only that but a woman of 5' 2" shouldn't have D cups anyways it will cause massive back issues) my point in being is no matter what you look like on the outside people will always find something negative to say because they are insecure in who they are as individuals. Just learn to ignore them and be proud of who you are and if you really want to lose 15-20 more pounds then see a doctor and ask a healthy way but any doctor will tell you it is unhealthy to lose ten or more pounds a week.
Hi April, My Name is Darrell, I was always the fat one in my family. I know how cruel family can be, they say stupid things and give you c**p advise (as though they think you can just stop being over weight) and think because you are heavy that you have thick skin so you can take all thier critisism. It hurts and they can't see it because you probably like me, are so used to making a joke about your size before they do. I still am the fat one, but I found through resaerch. That if you eat six times a day, three small meals and three healthy snacks that the weight will start to just fall away. The meals should be 300 calories or under (but no lower than 200 calories) and the snacks should be 100 calories or under, I always have fruit like apples etc. the first week you can expect to lose up to 10 pounds. It is very important to eat low or no fat meals, try to cut way down on whole milk (try 1% or skim). The only time I use milk is in my coffee. Also stop drinking soda of any kind, drink water a lot all day. If you need more help go to any nutritionist and stick with the plan. You have to love yourself enough to want to be healthy, you are doing this for you and no one else okay? Good luck, you can do it. :)

Hey april , as you can see my names april too. im 17 and i weigh just a little less than you. i have tried everything but i can't find anything that will help me. I have no money to buy products or go to the gym as i dropped out of school in year 8 because of bullying, also depression made me self-harm also. but what i have been doing is writing down things i will do for myself to keep/make myself fit and eating ALOT of fruit & Vegetables, drink lots of water too.I wish you the best of luck and i hope you find something too :)x
This may be the most UNHEALTHY tip, but i hope ill work for you.
First, mentally prepare. Putting away all the food that you have, from snack to veggies. You want to lose weight fast right? make sure to clean out your freezer also. If you don't see it, you won't crave for it.
Try to purchase some phentamin, while you are on this pill, you do not want to eat and love to go to the gym. You should start out with 1/2 pill first, then your body will adjust to it. Consume some Casein slow release protein powder every time you feel hungry (which only happen after the gym), try to have a solid goal and go to the gym twice a day ( 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours every time, you will be amazed that you can do this, its not you, its PHEN.) You can start seeing the result at day one and every morning after that. However, you may need multivitamin and the phen. pill have to be taken early in the morning or you won't be able to rest at night. Also suggest that you should take some fiber, i found this one at kroger store, it is PSYLLIUM WHOLE HUSKS, only take half of the dose, you will be full and you will be going :)
shopping list:
- Casein powder
- Multivitamin
- PHENTERMINE
- Psyllium whole husks
- and a gym membership (i prefer indoor)
Cutting out carbs is the fastest way I have ever been able to lose weight. To be honest, I haven't struggled with any life-long weight problems, but I got pregnant with my second child (while on birth control, by the way) when my first one was only four months old, so I hadn't even had a chance to lose the weight from my first pregnancy before gaining more. By the time a week had past after giving birth to my second child I weighed 194 pounds and I'm only 5'3! Before my pregnancies, my average weight hovered between 86 and 90 pounds, so I'll admit that I treated pregnancy as a free pass to eat whatever I craved because my weight didn't matter when I was already pregnant. Needless to say, I desperately hated myself for that and could not lose the weight no matter what I did. I watched documentaries on people with eating disorders and started trying their 'tricks' for losing weight, but I was starving, LITERALLY. Then I heard about zero carb diets and it was a life saver! You can literally eat as much as you need to feel satisfied and as long as it isn't carbs, you will not only not gain weight, but you will lose weight! It's mostly a meat diet, which can get old fast, but all you need is willpower. The first two weeks are the hardest as far as sugar cravings, but that's also when you lose weight the fastest. I recommend starting at zero carbs and gradually going up to as much as 20 carbs a day. Be careful not to go over though, it takes two days to rid your body of carbs, so if you accidentally go over you have to go back to zero carbs for two or three days and work your way back up to 20 again to get back on track. It's hard work, but I promise you that it is more than worth it and it isn't even bad for you! Just four months after having my second child I weighed 120 and began eating normally again. Two years later I still weigh anywhere from 116 to 120 eating completely normally! I know it's been about six years since you've posted your question, but I figured that even if you no longer need an answer, someone else who needs one may read this...
Your pretty in away April and I hope you find a way
