well heres my way for a beverage only water have 5 little meals a day but have them be healthy like brocoli or salad and not till your stuffed only a meal and record everything that you eat so that way you relize how much you are acctually eating and also do lotts of exercise like pilates every other day and running on the days that you dont do pilates and also record all the nexercise you do and what ever you do dont give any excuse as to why you arent doing exersice because trust me then you wont do any exercise and if you do this every day no days left out you will lose around 5 lbs per week for the first month then your body getts used to it and you will start losing less but every pound counts and dont fell bad im overweight to but i just started a week ago and i alreaddy lost 5 pounds

hey im a 15 year old girl i am thankkin bout all this NOT everyone has money so im gonna starve myself till 2 pm. then eat a bowl of corn and water jog and at 6pm i will eat a nother one watch me not eat and loose weight it tha only other way im 188 an it horrible

Dear April, I know I'm writing this a few years after you posted it but if you it or others are still struggling with weight loss I have a plan for you thats not the healthiest but wont kill you or slow down your matabelisom. (sorry for incorrect spelling thats a hard word.) Anyways you have to start this at the beginning of the week Sunday. I started this the first day in july and i'm doing it all month to get a full weight loss system going. When you first wake up you always have to get something in your system so if your not so hungry then fill your stomach with liquid, orang juice, water, or the most filling one milk. Or if you are hungry eat a fiber one bar or power up bar or a bowl of cheerios or rice crispes don't add sugar just get a flavor you like. 

Do small exersicing streched out for about 5 hours (Take as many breaks as you want.) I usally do 10-20 sit-ups an go for a walk to the coner store to pick-up energy bars, gum, and water.

When lunch time comes around if your hungry try to eat light things rice, or something with vegtables, maybe a fruit flavored yougurt, or crackers (limit up to 20) and if you use cheese try cottage or cheese that says 100% milk or low calories. And if you not hungry get somthing healthy but small into your stomach. Then each way chew sugar free gum lots of it put like 4 pieces in your mouth chew it until no flavor then get more if your don't have gum drink water lots of it.

Wait an hour or two. During this time no eating (You have to control yourself.) Get out of the house with your family, take a nap, or catch up on your eduacation by studing or looking up things that your into like greek mythology. (This is good for the brain doesn't really help with weight loss). Also around this time take a fiber pill or drink mix (If you can't get your hands on any tell your family you've been having trouble in the bathroom and you heard on a commercial fiber would help also ask for a laxative (Enema).)

When night time aprocapes exercise again but this time more hadcore turn on some loud or up beat music and do cardio, jumping jacks, running for like 30 or 45 minutes. Then do a yoga/pialtes/ and/or abs workout. I usally do the Crunch workout with Ellen she hits all these spots. Drink lots of water and gum. Feeling tired? Try an energy bar or go to bed early.

If you don't go to sleep or wake up in the middle of the night use a laxative to get rid of all the waste if theres alot you did bad on the healthy stuff but your gettting most of the bad stuff out your body. If theres a little bit you did exellent.

If your family makes you eat dinner you can get very small portions, or say your so backed up you cannot eat. 

You want to go to bed not so late so you can be healthy on the inside and trust me if your getting a body make-over you don't want to have bags under your eyes. Also since were all tweens and teens here we get pimples you cannot control it so in the shower or when  yu first wake up and before you go to bed wash your face with a face wash that gets rid of pimples it can really make you over your whole body.

Once you've lost all the weight you want look real pretty (No make-up though it messes up your face) Get mani-Pedis get your hair done and rock your new look.

It also helps your confidence if you don't think your going to look skinner day by day because this is a process and if you do it right you can lose 20-40 pounds a month.

this is probably extremely late but in case your still trying to lose weight here are a few tips. Right now I'm 16 and as a 5'5 10 year old I weighed 160 because though I played tons of sports, I ate like a MONSTER and obviously for health concerns I had to lose weight. First of all DON'T starve yourself. You should eat less but make sure it's healthy. When you don't eat your body begs for something to keep it running so it stores fat in your body, that's how cave men and hunters were able to live if they couldnt find animals to eat. Also, when you have your normal meals eat them very slowly, no one is going to take your food away. haha Everytime youtake a bite, put your fork down and take a gulp of water. Water will fill up your stomach quickly and easily so you feel fuller faster which means you eat less. Between your meals (so after breakfast & before lunch and after lunch & before dinner) eat a hearty fruit along with drinking a bunch of water all day. I had my mon buy me these big ass oranges because my appetitte is scary but it worked. these 5 meals, you could say, keeps your metabolism high and that definitely helps with weight loss. Lastly, exercise. Cardio AND weight training. I know your probably not tying to be a big sexy Guido but weight training is important. It burns calories, tones your body, feels good and is fun. ;) Also it's more difficult for your body to restore muscle than fat. So the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns naturally just by being alive. And just avoid sitting around for long periods of time, stay away from fast food, juice/soda, and sweets. All of those are really uneccesary and though it's hard in the beginning you soon realize that you can easily live without them. I haven't had a happy meal in 3 years and when I have non diet soda it's gross to me because my taste buds are so used to light water. After following these tips, after being a 195 15 year old, I'm now 16, 5'10 and 165 pounds. So it works, seriously. And it's the greatest motivation when people begin to notice and compliment you. You just need that drive to begin your program. Really hope this helps to you and whoever else reads this. -Jerbear

Aside with consistent proper diet and exercise regimen, many people were learning to incorporate the taking of natural weight loss supplement (not dit pills). As it was more safe to take and proven effective to helps to lose weight. If you will asked for the best supplement, i think it's the Slender Factor as it has a capability to turns food into energy instead of fats that no other supplements have.

I'd have to say the fastest weightloss I used was my orange soda diet, I dropped 20 lbs in 2 weeks (Im 5 10 )from 180-160, only drink 2 2liters of orange soda a day, then my family and I went out boating and I was so dizzy and dehydrated that I passed out, but the weight stayed off for years so there is that

UGHHHH! I AM SO FAT AND I want to lose wait now!!!!!!! DX..... I am 5 foot, and I way 150 pounds when wearing heavy sweats, a sweat shirts, an Ipod and a cell phone in my pockets. I want to be skinny fast and easy. When I say I will do anything I mean anything. Pills, no eating over exercise Whatever. Even if it kills me. Please. HELP ME BE SKINNY! DXXXX <---------- Thats a sad face btw! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 I wanna be like a victoria secrets model!

Prella, Don't do this to yourself! I'm 4"9 and 8 stone 9, I feel fat sometimes, but the best way is just to eat more fruit and veg, and exercise a bit, but not too much! Don't go to dangerous diets or sh*t like bulimia, the consequences just aren't worth it!

I'm sorry you guys, but i'm 5'6 and i'm 240 my family is heavy set but we are all beautiful in our own way, i'm a very energetic person and i do a lot to keep my self busy but unfortunately weight doesn't just peel off the way we want it to alot and i eat healthy and i'm comfortable in the skin i'm in don't let the thought of others conflict the way i feel about my self. LOVE YOUR SELF BUT TRY TO IMPROVE DON'T KNOCK YOURSELF DOWN!!

just a quick question cuz i feel i could do this diet easy, the only diets i can stick to are very strict easy ones, about how many portions and how large of portions a day?

I am like that too. Swimming burns a ton of calories. Drink a bunch of water. And make a goal not to eat processed food. drink smoothies (banana, activia yogurt, strawberries) and eat those as meals GOOD LUCK:-)
