hi i know that this is really late but this is for others that look at this to see know im 14 and im about the same wheight as u and the same hight know im trying to loose weight and im trying to find the best ways but the bestways that i hae found are these

#1 eat healthy no sugers and nothing that will make u gain eat vegetables and fruits and all those good foods

#2 excerize know i have seen all those excersizing thing but people say torun alot and there right you have to run and walk alot take a walk around your neigbor hood if ur not comfortable of running u dont have to just walk at home do a couple of excersizes like jumping jakes good for your arms and legs and do some sqwats or othere excersizies that are goodfor u

#3 know you have to do this everyday know if you cant ecause of one day u dont have time make time for your excersizes even if it means to sleep early and wake up eary

trust me kow if u do this u wll start seeing some resalts

Hello. My name is Angela Lewis. I am 14 years old and CLEARLY smarter than you are. You just gave this poor girl the worst advice you could possibly give someone on trying to lose weight. Yes, I do understand that people may have their own opinions, but what I'm about to say is a fact. Aspartame was exposed as a toxic sweetener that was made through a process that involves genetically modified bacteria. It's basically Ecoli Bateria WASTE. Yes, it's sh*t. They gather up a bunch of Ecoli Bacteria, they feed it a chemical substance until it poops, and then they gather up the sh*t and call it Asperatame. Asperatame is the worst possible thing you could ever consume. Yes, worse than Meth, Heroine, and Cocaine. In fact, Asperatame is a following ingredient in most dangerous drugs (not including marijuana because it's a natural plant, not a drug.) And that's what makes those drugs so addicting. Doing this diet will take years off of this girls life. Especially because she is so young and her body isn't fully grown. I mean, for God's sake, you're an old man. We're talking about a 12 year old girl (probably about 15 or 16 now.) Her body will obviously not react to this diet the same way it reacted to yours because yours is stronger. And I'm very sure it took off years of your life too. And no, I'm not talking 2 or 3 years. I'm talking 20 or 30 years. Not to mention that Asperatame is the leading cancer causer. So, before you open your mouth, and give this girl horrible information, look up things like this and learn something. And just so you could, there's even a link there for you. :) Thanks. hey i have the same thing goin on; 16 years old 5'6 and 142 i am super unhappy as well my sister who is 120 weighs 102 and i am in the ssame spot with the whole outcast thing! i lost 11 lbs in one week by eating absolutely nothing and only drinking water no gatorade, tea, juice, granola bars, nothin. just water.i am now 116 so clearly it worked for me.. maybe that would work for you as well? best of luck!

did you eat chicken, fish and tofu in the same week? please im desperate, i know it has been a long time, but im 17 years old and i weigh roughly 270 lbs. Im so upset with myself, my mom is disgusted with me, all she talks about is my weight, im tired of being the dat one that no one likes, please answer this!

laxitives will make you lose weight kinda grosse but it works for quick results i know alot of wrestlers do it and for long term results exercising obviously but substituting junk food with some natural fat burning foods like almonds, eggs, berries, beans avacado, and green tea.  People lose more weight drinking green tea then drinking water

if you have an event that you want to look good for coming up quickly you could do what the victoria secret models do and go on a very strict 9 day liquids only diet and then dont eat or drink anything 12 hours before you look skinnier wen you are dehydrated very unhealthy wouldnt suggest you use this as a fequent thing

I am 5'51/2 or 5'6 and i way 130 and is that bad?!!!! cuz i have a lot of weight on my stomach and thighs and just want it gone!!!

wtf im 5 4 i freakin weigh 170 heres a tip jog 3 times a day do leg arm exercises and diet, unheathly way is to puke and exercise

April listen to that lady, she knows what she's talking about... I am fat because i am to lazy to eat every two hours so when I do get hungry I eat to much, mini meals are the best I tried it before and I lost weight... Cheer up and do it right, best of luck you can do it....

Try building yourself up for a race. This gives you a fun and competitive goal to work for, other than just "exercise to look skinny". Try doing it with others who are in the same "boat" as you so you have people who you can laugh with and who won't judge you during the start of your journey.

Don't be afraid to get sweaty and uncomfortable and out of breath when you exercise, this is what helps bodies change! I've read one study that suggests very intense exercise and HIIT can change white fat to brown fat in the body (which helps weight loss), so work very hard a couple times a week as part of your exercise program.

Don't diet, but eat "a little bit healthier", healthy-normal meals without too much sugar and avoiding LOTS of saturated fats (eg chicken or beef in coriander sauce or tomato/wine based sauce rather than cream sauce). Do eat carbs, wholegrain works. Do eat some treat food sometimes but try not to go overboard, or if you do go overboard, get back on the healthy band-wagon the next day.


And above all... this isn't a gimmick, but something you can use your whole life.

Ur nt that big u only way 60kgs i mean ur a little short bt thats ok ur nt fat jst exercise regally and stay away from the lollies :) BE HAPPY WITH YOURSELF YOUR BEAUTIFUL :) xx

hey April, im 16 too and i weigh 202lbs... although i am super tall. i struggle with your same problem and, believe it or not i have an event coming up in two weeks. what i am doing is cutting out all the sugar, anything that would make me bloated, foods that have are high in fat. i am also doing military style cardio very day for about 30mins

I felt the same as you with the weight. My problem started when I got a job answering phones all day and all I did was sit there. 4 years later I gained 35 pounds. I'm 5'1" and I weighed 156lbs at my heaviest. Not attractive at all for a lady. So, I did lots of research online and started to slowly incorporate ideas into my weight loss routine. First things first, I got rid of all soda from my diet for 1 week. That alone dropped me 5lbs. I was amazed. Next thing I did was walking 30 minutes for 3 days for the 2nd week, lost another 3lbs. I was like, "OK, I'm getting somewhere." I started to make my meal plans to fit my1200 caloric intake (which wasn't hard, Google 1200 calorie diet meal plans). Then every week still only walking 3 times a week I would add 15 minutes more. And I bought an exercise video for cardio and I used that once a week also. If it was raining outside and I couldn't get out and walk I would use it too. It was a slow process. I did read somewhere that 1lb a week is the norm in order to achieve long lasting weight loss. I did eventually get down to that 1lb weekly loss. Not at all did I feel discouraged because of it because I know it's healthy weight loss now. Like i said, it was a long journey. Took me 7 months to lose 30lbs. Considering it took me 4 years to gain it, 7 months losing it was awesome. Good luck. Don't get yourself down.
