What a sad story man but it's all true because i was a victim of over masturbation but i also overcame it. I'm Thabang but call me Nathan and all those things happening to u, they all happened to me and the way i overcame it it's so easy but hard but not hard if you consider PE a nightmare as i do. I started masturbating at 16 of age and i masturbated roughly 2-3 times a day 7 times potter week it's like i masturbated Monday to Monday non stop and i never knew it was killing me, at first i lasted for 43_50 min when masturbating and that time i was still a virgin and when i reached 17 (last year) i dropped down to 8 min, i was surprised but it didn't click to my attention until i had sex the first time with a girl and i came within 40 seconds and that broke my heart that my first experience was so lame and quick then now i started researching about PE then i found out this year (at about march 2013) that it's because i over masturbated. Panicking and confused i wanted a way to overcome it and i found out about medicines and practices and for medicines i was a bit embarrassed to tell a nurse that i had PE and it's because of masturbation and so i went for practices, i read about them and chose to do the one method of exercising your perineum muscle (the region between your anus and scrotum there's a tube called perineum which your sperms pass through). Everyday when you're urinating you stop the urine and press your perineum muscle squeezing it 5 times and continue urinating. I only did this for only two days then i stopped for no reason maybe because i was kinda lazy but as time went by, on June i slept with another girl and it was worse than before because i didn't even get a chance to penetrate her i came within 2 seconds then we broke up me and that girl so then i stopped masturbating and did it only like once a week then one day i came across this text by this guy who overcame it and it gave me courage that i can do it then i completely stopped masturbating for about three months and when i got a new girlfriend who liked sex i slept with her and i came within 2 min so the next time i slept with her i came within 4 min then i realized that something's changing so i started using a condom to get a lower sensation and also when having sex with her i would think of something non sexual like soccer and I'd think if those stupid jokes i had with my friends to lower the sensation and it worked and i came within 5 min and as time flee i masturbated but this time i used those principles of non sexual thoughts and less sensation but when i had to ejaculate i stopped for a min then did it again for about three weeks and the next time i had sex with her it was amazing it was after three weeks and i came within 26 minutes and i also had her surprised by changing styles like doggy style, man on top, side bang and i was so happy and I'm taking about something i did 2 weeks ago it didn't take me years or medication to bring myself together but only determination and a short practice that takes only a month then you'll be back again but for now as a starter COMPLETELY STOP MASTURBATING i know it's hard to ignore that feeling but when it comes just think of what it did to you and that now you can not get a decent sex pleasure because of it and also that what about your martial life? Then you'll stop. I advice to use my method but not mine only but other methods as well and you'll recover quick but do not buy those creams that you apply on your penis to treat PE they have side effects infact most medication do not work for people with PE but practicing exercises is better. Thanks for sharing this. All what you experiences was true and believe me your reverse mastubation technics are usefull to me because I think I was almost a victim. But I think I am not yet in a very bad situtuation. But I will stop masturbation from this moment. Afterall each time I do it I fill bad the next moment.

it is informative but everything written is not true. Too much masturbtioon may lead to early ejaculaton. buut there is no famialial history for that.
Hello. I am 26 and I too have had that same problem from time to time. I have an awful lot of sex about (15 times a week or better and sometimes more) and on top of that I masturbate everyday. Even on the days that I have sex three to six times. I do have anxiety and sometimes I worry about my performance. My girlfriend says I am fine. But most of the times I think otherwise. i found out that the orgasm is a developed reflex. If you masturbate right, meaning you take your time prevents you from developing that reflex. However, if you dont have as much privacy your likely to try to achieve your orgasm quicker in the fear of getting caught. take your time and dont orgasm. When you feel the urge and stop, and go again when not as stimulated. Dont worry about penis size, because the anxiety from that is enough to restrict blood flow. Not only blood flow gets effected but it keeps your brain hyper stimulated which only brings on an orgasm faster. Im only 6 inches with average to above average girth depending on how aroused I am, however, if you bring a positive mentality and dont worry about your size you can have fun. The magic spot isnt that deep, maybe 2 inches inside of a woman. So focus on that, give an orgasm to her before you start, and do your best to breath, since holding your breath escalates your heart rate, which causes PE. If your out of shape, run. Since running makes your heart stronger, in return you will have stamina and delay your heart rate from escalating as well. BTW smoking cigarettes, drinking a few times a week in excess also kills your ability to maintain an erection. Hope this helps.
PS. do your kiegal exercises to strenghten your pc muscles. most men have underdeveloped penis' because their pc is weak. A way to tell is lookat you erection, if your all top and dont have much of a bottom (corpus spongiosum) , that is bc your pc is weak. do your exercises daily and in a few months you can gain a half inch or more to your girth. Which, will give you more confidence, thus reducing performance anxiety. I had to learn the hard way after a brain injury, and these are some of the steps Ive done. I still have a ways to go but like the blog above, practice that and take care of your body, its your temple.
