Also marijuana is NOT in any way shape or form physically addictive. Some people may form a psychological addiction, yes. But you can developer a psychological addiction to almost anything. Literally anything.

A little over a year and a half ago my child's mother and I split up. about five months later, my kid was coming back to me high as a kite! I smelled marijuana on him on several more occasions as well where he was not clearly intoxicated. We got Social Services involved three separate times before they decided to remove our kid from her care. The clincher came from a former roommate of theirs alleging that my child's supposed stepfather was blowing concentrate smoke in my kid's face to get her to relax when my ex was not home or asleep. After seeing the effects this had on my ( at the time ) one year old kiddo, I would strongly advise any parents who genuinely cares for their children to not smoke around them at all! It's been a monumental headache and expense thus far, but being able to care for my kid in a safe environment for almost a year now makes me look back to the times I used to wake up smoking with a raised eyebrow. My child's healthy development, and innocent environment are far more important then the satisfaction I once got from smoking on the daily.

Michigan medical marihuana laws with CPS medical marihuana usage guidelines are not posted on CPS website, not posted on LARA website and LARA marihuana group says that they can't change anything because it has to come from higher up. These guidelines are also not discussed with patients when they get certified by the doctors and they are not discussed when you purchase medicine at a dispensary. The CPS worker I recently dealt with because my daughter mentioned my medicine to someone at school, told me that you are not allowed to 1) use a vaporizer (volcano type or pens that use oil or dabs) inside your house anywhere if you have kids because they could breathe in residual secondhand vapor even if you have a fan on, a hepa filter air purifier running on high, and a bathroom vent fan on. You also cannot smoke in the house if children are in the house, even if you are in the completely contained vented room and they are in bed for the night. You cannot use it if you are alone at home with the child there. 2) even if you are vaping outside it has to be in an enclosed area like a shed or garage (if you live within 500 ft of a park or a school and don't have an outside building like my situation you're SOL) 3) if you are a couple with children and you both have your cards, you cannot use your medicine at the same time because one parent has to be sober (how they determine the length of time between usage and caring for your child I don't know) 4) if you smoke or vape in the house while children are gone, it has to be completely aired out so that no smell is present (after using a vape pen that produces small wisps of vapor at 6:30 am and despite the hepa filter air purifier, fan, bathroom vent, body spray, air freshener that sprays every 9 minutes, a very potent candle burning, and owning a dog, she claimed she could still smell a "skunky smell in the air" during her visit at 3 pm so her opinion of whatever she might smell even if it's not marihuana still matters)

I have never heard of these guidelines until speaking with the CPS worker. How are patients with children supposed to be able to be safe using their medicine if they are not informed of these guidelines prior to a CPS visit and risking losing your children for doing something you didn't know was considered wrong or unsafe? Somehow someway these guidelines either have to be added to our legal regulations or they shouldn't be allowed to be used to harass and control medical marihuana patients with children. I am just trying to inform the medical marihuana community for their safety. It is not fair that we pay the state for our certification and clearance to use or medicine by their guidelines and the state pays CPS to come into our homes and command you to adhere to their own guidelines that no one recognizes, but them.

And some "" in government want to legalize it, is pure stupid! half of the people on the road today are all drugged up! Get off your high horse and look at the facts ! And parents smoking or vapor around children should all be in jail. God be with you all, end times is sure near and I can't wait for God to take over again,

Of course everyone who smokes pot in front of their children will see no problem with it. I saw one person comparing blowing smoke into the air the same as someone having a drink. Hello, alcohol doesn't cloud the air so kids are not breathing it in. What is the world coming to?
