Hey, I'm 23 and I have had PPP for over half my life. I have searched all over the internet to try and find a way to remove them with out paying $3000. I have read that, tea tree oil, castor oil, vitamins, nail files and other bull sh*t that people say that work on them, but won't. One item I left out is toothpaste, because it works! I have been using it for the last 8 days and my PPP are almost gone. The toothpaste I used is called. Colgate Cavity protection

Apply the toothpaste to the affected area every day before you go to sleep and wash off in the morning, depending on how bad you have PPP you will often see results in a week. The toothpaste will dry the PPP and after a few days the skin will usually begin to peel, and when it does it will take the PPP with it. I am Uncut, and when I put the toothpaste on I dryed it with a fan and covered it with toilet paper so it would not move to other places that were not affected. Do this until those Little Fuckers are gone.

i was the guest from the few posts above, its been a week now & its looking much much better, some of the PPP have simply fallen off, some are still hard/crusty and judging by what happened to the others are waiting to fall off, everyday is a noticeable improvement & with it more confidence, i may have to go over a few for a second time as some of the larger ones fell off to leave a smaller papule behind, or maybe it was a papule i just missed (i had a lot of PPP, about 4 rows all around my crown) but most areas where they have fallen off is smooth, fresh & shiny, maybe a bit purple but i think that's normal around the rim, like the saying 'the purple turtle' ;) im about half healed after a week so the healing time of 2 weeks previously reported by others sounds realistic, i put antiseptic cream on a couple times then just let it dry/heal naturally, i often pulled my foreskin back to let it breathe & to keep it dry, like other users reported i let water run over it in the shower then dried with a hairdrier afterwards, i don't think the hairdrier is the best idea as it can contain concentrations of bacteria, but it defintiely helps keep it dry quickly after a shower i'll still keep updated just to give an idea of my healing time & if i need to go a second time all in all i'm absolutely stoked! cheers R

Im not confident this has worked as well as expected, only a few PPP have fallen off leaving clean fresh skin, some have gone but left horrible red dots that look like scabs but they are in the skin, I can't see them peeling off anytime soon. The rest have left behind smaller PPP. It still looks better than before but im not very happy as I could have these red scars on me for life.

Another progress update... the red scars appear to be fading a bit everyday & although i was obviously worried about them overall my penis looked so much better than before, basically i don't think i burned the PPP enough so they just went very small & only a few fell off completely, apart from those small red scars everything was fully healed so i repeated the process again last night & burnt all PPP again, which was difficult as they were so small, but i think i got them all, i pretty much went around the whole rim leaving out the part with the red scars

After the first procedure they were really small & i could've lived with them as they were practically invisible, only when i shone a torch or magnifying glass on them could i see the PPP clearly still there, but they still had that weird sensitive feeling they've always had, so i want them off completely & want it to be totally smooth, and i burnt them a bit more this time....

It's perfectly normal to be a bit worried if you notice any small growths on your penis. It's possible that you might have pearly penile papules, or if you've ever had sexual contact, you could have genital warts. Read on to learn more about PPP.

What are pearly penile papules and what do they look like?

Pearly penile papules (PPP) are small, benign (non-cancerous) growths. PPP can be pink, white, yellow, or (rarely) translucent in color. They're normally very small, ranging from 1-2mm wide by 1-4mm long. The shape, color, and size can vary between individuals, but all the papules that one person has will look the same. The papules are usually found in a single or double row on or around the head of the penis.

Yet another update, the red scars from the first treatment have totally disappeared, which of course is great!

The second time round I pretty much went around my whole rim with the soldering iron as I still had lots of small PPP after the first procedure. It scabbed up much more than the first time, it was very red in general, some bloody little craters, but I'm still confident it will heal fine and so far its going very well.

I feel that keeping the area dry afterwards has helped it heal much better. At first I would dry with hairdryer after shower, then let my foreskin go back over the gland, but this would make it moist & the PPP would start showing again. So then I started keeping it dry with some tissue paper tucked under my foreskin during the day & it's healing much better, I can't see many, if any, PPP! Keeping it dry helps a lot!

Its still a bit scabby & dry, but it's looking good.
I don't think ill have to do another procedure, and if I do it will be for just one or two that I missed.

Will keep updating as it progresses, I can't wait to be totally smooth & free of these ugly lil buggers!

I know this post is over a year old, and it's unlikely that anyone still checks this site, but I'd just like to thank you for this info. I was almost going to buy the book, which this jerk is still selling at a price of $30 now, and you guys have saved me.

Its pretty much totally healed from the 2nd procedure now, the PPP are massively reduced compared to 3/4 weeks ago, when i'm erect it is smooth & feels great, I could totally live with it like this. So it's about 95% better, but when i'm not erect it's still slightly bumpy around the rim, if you squeeze the skin/pull it tight you can see the PPP still underneath the skin. I reckon after a year or so they might start to show up again. So im going to do a 3rd procedure & going to use a 30w soldering iron this time, although the procedure is kinda fun I want this to be the final time 3rd times the charm! R

I am doing this procedure in an hour. I am pretty nervous right now I will admit...Im only 18 but these things just hold me back from having real confidence. I just started applying the numbing cream and it defiently is working, although its a little sketchy since elma was nearly 35 dollars on ebay, I got the cheaper one, still 5 percent though. I saw this forum about a year ago and began to think how insane it sounded. Now Im doing it.... Around 12 guys on here have had a success, and no reports of problems, so I was sold. As messed as this sounds, it needs to be done...suffer no more! report on what happens in a few days.

Rest assured you'll be fine but keep us updated so other people can read about your progress, it's been a week since my 3rd go, this time with a 30w iron, it scabbed up more than the first 2 times & is starting to look really good!
I had to numb it twice with cream as the 30w iron is definitely hotter than the 6w!

Make sure you keep it dry afterwards, and don't burn the skin, the glands (head/tip) is fine to burn as it heals super fast but skin in general takes much longer. I've got a small skin wound on my elbow that's been there for weeks, and i've burnt & healed my gland 3 times since!

I reckon 3 more days ill be fully healed & free of the PPP!

Ok, it has worked pretty well, i am smooth & it all looks/feels great, if i push against the gland i can see that the PPP are still beneath the skin, but it is totally smooth when erect, i don't think this method actually removes them, it kinda sends them into remission so you can't see them anymore normally. I definitely burnt them enough the third time, it was a long bloody scab going all the way around my rim, now totally healed.

I had bad PPP for years and its so amazing having a clean good looking penis, it was actually weird at first! That horrible sensitive feeling the PPP used to have is now gone aswell, it just feels normal

I am the guest from a few posts above. I was really nervous when I went to do the procedure and sat shaking for 10 minutes wondering if I've lost my mind. I unplugged the iron and waited around 3 minutes and finally just touched one. To my surprise, I felt absolutely nothing, not even a pinch, and heard a sizzle. I then touched another one, then put neosporin on. I was excited that I was able to feel nothing, no pain afterwards either....but after a week, nothing looked like a drastic change. Tonight, Im going to do the procedure with a hotter tip. I think the temperature was way to low from me unplugging it, since there was no pain afterwards, or a pop sound. The numbing worked perfect though so I will be lest scared this time.

I have burnt them twice..I only have a few I want to remove, and they haven't changed, just whiter...However, I unplugged the iron after a minute or less because Im scared to really burn them. I have a 30w. Did I not burn them enough? There was also no pop sound or scabbing..
