These things have annoyed me for years, I have tried all sorts of creams, oils, talcum, and of course the toothpaste method, didn't work. Also been annoyed by the amount of docs and experts online who say they aren't a problem, they are embarrassing, and affect your confidence. The amount of scams online trying to make a quick buck too should be ignored. Any way, was looking through youtube about a month ago, and finally found a guy who didn't look like a scam artist. His method, a simple nail file that women use for filing their nails, I tried it and it worked. Every second day for about 3 weeks, before I went in for my shower I simply sat on my bed and filed lightly away at the papules, until they bled a bit, don't go too mental, you don't want to be gushing with blood, then in for a shower, clean with soap and water then dry well with towel. Every time you go to the toilet if they are seeping a little bit dry with a small piece of toilet paper. Any way, doing this every second day they slowly started to fade, after 3 weeks they are pretty much gone. If your wanting to check the youtube video for yourself, just search how I cured my pearly penile papules and sebaceous prominence, by a poster called angel saint. This really worked for me, but remember be patient, only file every cuppla days. Good luck.
He you want a simple method to remove them simply squeeze them with your nails like you would a zit, every time you do actually remove they they will just return till puberty is over!
Do they numb you before the surgery? Yes. The doctor gave me a choice of cream or the needle and he talked me into the needle. His reasoning was that the cream can ware off while hes operating and then hed have to give the needle to numb anyway. That was the WORST part. It honestly didnt hurt physically as much as the thought of taking a small needle to your penis. In full disclosure i had phantom pain (the mere thought of it made my penis uncomfortable) for about a week after the surgery. Its seriously all mental and not a big deal.
How longs it take to heal? About 2 weeks to fully heal. Easy to take care of during recovery process. No down time. Wearing loose fitting pants helps with comfort. I will say that a couple days immediately after the surgery dont panic. Your penis will look real messed up, which is natural because you just got your skin cut. Itll heal beautifully as long as you take care of it during recovery (neosporin, gauze, etc)
Does it hurt? During the surgery no. Once the numbing wears off youll feel a slight tingling or burning sensation but nothing you cant handle. The thought of knowing your PPP are gone are more than enough to overcome this. I drove myself home after the surgery.
Since i can sympathize if there are any other questions please ask here. Hopefully i or someone else can answer. If you have the money the surgery isnt a big deal.
I literally just had enough one day, scheduled an appointment and got it done two weeks later. Hope that all of these personal accounts help you guys. Good luck, although you dont really need it!
Oh and PLEASE make sure that you guys VERIFY that you have PPP and not something else before doing ANYTHING to yourself or letting anyone else treat you. Lord knows how ugly things could get down there if you dont
Guys seriously man up and DO THE SOLDER IRON METHOD!!
I am a teenager and although still a virgin; my ppp really embarassed me. After years of refusing handjobs and head, I decided that I had to do something about it.
I looked at the castor oil method but people were saying it was completelely ineffective and if it was going to work it would take months. The nail file method just sounded painful, really time consuming and for most people it didn't get rid of the ppp. When I saw this forum I realised people were having a lot of success with the solder iron method (milo, smooth etc.) At first it seemed kinda crazy that people would touch their penis with 450 degrees hot metal, but it did make sense as it was just a diy version of the professional methods such as laser treatment. However, the solder iron method is probably just as safe as professional treatment if you are sensible. So I decided to just man up and do it.
