My tongue don't hurt but I have small pink bumps but swollen under my tongue should I be worried

Wow! If I didn't find this post I'd probably be at the emergency room right now. The pain that I had under my tongue was so excruciating, I left work early two days in a row. Finally, the pimple formed. It was weird because I thought the pain was further back under my tongue. My whole face was in pain. It was right on soft squishy underside of my tongue where it connected to my mouth. So far back but just not quite as far as it felt. Anyway, by flexing the underside of my tongue almost like I was gleaking, I was able to pop it. I'd say 2-3 tablespoons of puss came out. It was so gross and it smelled really bad too. After this, I was doing much better but my gland is still swollen on that side. I don't recall seeing any hard deposit come out so maybe there's more to come. I'll keep you posted. The good news is I am not in pain. It got so bad I was putting benzocain under my tongue. I even went to the walk in clinic but it was before the pimple formed. The doctor didn't have any idea what it was. He diddid prescribe me antibiotics. I'm really hoping the swelling in my gland goes down. When I push on the gland I can still get some puss out.
I have had a swollen gland under the right side of my chin for 3 days. I've been gargling with salt water several times a day, applying warm compresses and it hasn't been too tender. I've been feeling like I had a cut or sore under my tongue during this same time period. This morning I woke up and found this pimple under my tongue. That's how I came across these posts. Thank you to all who have reassured me this is not an alien thing. My husband and I laughed at the sour pickle and rice krispie stories before I showed him my pimple. He saw it and then I put my finger in my mouth and within seconds the whitehead popped out. It was tiny like a small piece of rice. Now I am hoping that the swollen gland will subside. I do not take antidepressants or multi vitamins. I do have a slight cold as well. A coworker told me he had swollen glands a week ago. All along I have been thinking my condition is related to whatever is going around in Central New York right now. I will add another post when the swollen gland is back to normal...or if I experience another episode of a recurring pimple under the tongue. Thanks for the topic line.
I just found a bump under tongue. I recently stopped taking wellbutrin. For too many side effects. I didnt expect this one. Good luck.
I have the same thing and idk how it came ! The things I mostly ate were these Russian snacks, they are kind of like chips but they have garlic and salt. Could that be the reason why I have that small bump in the middle of where my tongue connects to the floor of my mouth ?
What happened? Did it go away?
I just found that I have one. I'm taking Citalopram too.
Once you get these, be prepared to keep getting them. The best and cheapest way to get rid of these things is to eat something sour. I prefer warheads. Basically the more sour something is the better. What it does is it forces your glands to produce more saliva and it "pushes" the stupid pimple thing loose.

This just happened to me! I've always noticed that hard bump under my tongue and never knew what it was. I've even tried to push it bout with my hands before but it never would budge. But today, after I did eat a quarter of a pickle with my sandwich at work, it came out! As I was driving home I could feel it was enlarged with my tongue and for some reason I wouldn't leave it alone. So when I got home in front of the mirror I seen the tip of it was white and it looked larger than ever. So I touched the back of it to try to push it forward and a hard rice crispy treat looking stone came out. When it hit the sink it sounded like a rock. I never had pain with it but I still feel a slight release and relief now that it's out. Just thought I'd share

I just ate a sandwich and i noticed it halfway through the sandwich n its been 10 minutes n now its gone at first it looked like a giant pimple and was being a nuisance while i was eating this is the first time its ever happened and im not to worried about it but will be looking into it
