So here goes, from my very own personal experience I find it to be diet related even thought medically sugar has never been linked to Acne. I had quite a heavy sugar intake regularly drinking Coke (main culprit) but alcohol too. After giving up all sugary drinks and sticking to either water or milk (didn't give up beer) they cleared up in 2 weeks and remained clear for a year until I started back up on fizzy drinks. The moment I started drinking fizzy drinks they returned, I've since stopped a sugary drinks and they've all disappeared again. With regards to shoulders this is usually hormone inbalance and sweating, Cleaning regularly and wearing loose clothing helps.

I had the same problem. I went to my Doctor and he diagnosed me with Ringworm. It's very contagious and can be caught with haircuts, hats, helmets, and swimming caps. For me it started after a haircut at a new barber. He must not be diligent about cleaning his machines. My doctor prescribed me an anti-fungus medication and Lamisil. Lamisil is over the counter, in case you can't see a doctor. The box says it cures ringworm after a week, I just started using it but I'll update this when I start seeing results.

Good Luck!

I had the same problem. I tried all the commercial brand products like Head and Shoulders, Clinique face wash, Dexidin Anti-septic, acne spot treatments. Nothing worked. I gradually switched to Nature's Gate Shampoo with Tea Tree Oil (available at London Drugs or Whole Foods) and Seabuck Thorn Soap with Tea Tree Oil (from Finlandia). Since the switch to more organic products, my breakouts are way less severe and less infrequent

I have the same problem man! They too are in the back of my head behind my ears mostly and some just about lower towards the neck area they seem like blackheads so I wait until they are ready to push out , but then after I take them off I get all these black spots and it is very annoying and embarrassing I don't even want to go out anywhere lol I do think it's due to excessive oils maybe because I hair is oily but it just started about two years ago now I'm 26 and I don't know how to fix this problem but I'm relieved I'm not the only one if u have found a cure please help
