I get them, too.
I would try an apple cider vinegar rinse with a shampoo that deep cleans, like Neutrogena Clean or any product that is supposed to help with scalp problemes. Use as directed. Only use conditoner on the ends of the hair -rinse. Then mix about 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar in a plastic cup with about 1 cup of warm tap water. Run this on the scalp - massaging it in. Finish with your shower, then rinse. After shower, take a cotton pad, and moisten it with the full strength apple cider and pat on the pimples - this may burn a little, if you have facial acne, use it here too.
Apple cider vinegar is an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial product, doesn't cost much - I keep a small plastic container in my bathroom. Also, the vinegar smells leaves once your hair is dry!

tee bush nut tree ball sack oil will cure all. pfff go to a dermatologist and demand accutane, find one who is registered to register you for the accutane prescription program. peoples lives are ruined by a government bureaucracy that said you know what accutanes really dangerous for pregnant women lets make it a joke to get (even for men). thank god i was persistant and that there are some dermatologists willing to jump through hoops if it means curing patients, shame on MDs who wont save peoples life because its a hastle
I can feel the agony, my dear children. My own son had it.
After numerous visits to dermatologists and several medicines, oinments and anitbiotics.
Nothing seems to completely cure it. With Antibiotics it seems to have gone away but comes back
after few days.
Any way, cutting long story short, the most affective and safe remedy we found was to
apply Pure Cocunut oil on affected area every night. Keep doing it until few more days after its gone.
Most importantly DO NOT itch.
All the best

I have heard and read alot of poeples post in here, And like some have said it's some what satisfyng to know that ur not the only one in here with the same unique prblem.. My has gotten my self-esteem low because yes its a disscusting thing for us to see let alone, we only can imagine what others say when they see it. I work at an Auto Store and i allways have to show and walk the customers were things are at, and while they walk behind me i get so self consious about them seeing the back of my head because well i just dont want people to think im dirt or have some kind of disease u know..even when u have a disease its most of the time isnt as visible as this so its unconfortable..realy sucks im going to see the dermotologist for the frst time this week and ill keep everyone posted on how it goes. If what ever they give me works out i will deff tell u all because i really have it bad ive loss hair growth in the back of my neck cause of it so if it workx foe me im sure it can work for others..
Try looking at the label of the shampoo you use. A lot of people have a sensitivity to panthenol. It makes me break out both in large cystic acne and smaller, but ubiquitous bumps. Eliminating panthenol from all products I use has helped.!
This problem primarily is caused by the hair rolling back or curling before it grows from the scalp after a hair cut, cut if you can use a cream before the hair starts to grow and thendont shave your hair upto the scalp or just make your hair long, that is what i did after advice from a dematologist, and it worked, when you start itching thats when they want to break out.
I have the same issue and my wife has to pop them each day. I'm going to try the anti-bacteria soap and bumpstopper 2 today. Also, mine does get worse when I sweat especially after a haircut.
I may not have it as bad as others but the ones i do get are kinda big and the develop fluid its almost like my pores or oil glands on the back of my head are getting blocked and then the bump starts.. One thing to note i have oily scalp and i have a dandruff problem. When i tell people about it they seem confused because usually when someone has dandruff its from dry scalp.. I had a lady tell me one time that you can actually get a yeast infection on your scalp. She looked at it and recommended shaving my head and scrubbing with vinegar every night. I haven't tried this yet but im running out of stuff to try. Every time i get a hair cut i have to warn the barber to be careful and it is embarrassing as hell but i explain to them i have dandruff and its killing my scalp and they understand and will try to tell you use head and shoulders, but to be honest that stuff does not work at least for me.
I have the same pproblem too.. I've never had spots on the back of my head, but 2 days ago i have recently got a big red spot on the back of my head.. and it really hurts when i sleep. I seriously dont know how i got it though. I have put spot creams on it, but i hasnt done anything.. You can see the spot, and i have long hair.. And im quite embrassed to go to school now because people would laugh at me and point at the back of my head.. So does anyone know how to get rid of the spot?
i have acne on the back of my head, at my back and my face..so embarrassing, but i figured out why dis happen, and i wanted to share to everyone, its all begin with poor nutrition and no exercise...a.k.a unhealthy lifestyle..what i mean is if we are healthy dis problem would not be any concern..so, be honest to urself.. doctor can't help us, drug can't help us, we r the one who can help ourself...simple just change our way of choosing food that give us nutrition to better health, better immune system, better life.
"I asked my barber about this one day....and he asked if i drank a lot of beer. I drink only on the weekends. He said excessive beer drinking causes those pimples....i did a little investigating....and the common denominator in most people was alcohol consumption."

Bump stopper helped just a little and the bar soap did nothing. Bump Stopper 2 worked but unless applied twice a day everyday they keep coming. Somebody go ask their doctor and find out the issue.
