I have THE EXACT same problem. Same age and everything. Ive been jn tae kwon do for 4 years and I am very active. I dont have man boobs. I just have big annoying NIPPLES that make me afraid to take my shirt off in front of my own family. My nipples look big and they are squishy. Idk what to do. All I know is that I hate this.

I have the same problem I'm a chick I pierced mine a few years ago which resulted in them getting puffy (the things they don't tell you) anywho I read cardio is good because it gets rid of the fat even though I'm 5'1,108lbs 32a, cardio and chest workout only problem is I'm already small chested.
