I have h pylori problems as well. Lots of gurgling and discomfort. Taking HCl tablets has help immensely. H pylori affects stomach acid. It decreases it. Also a probiotic lactobacillus reuteri helps as well. Also no gluten and sugars. I am so much better in a short amount of time. I hope this helps.
Mine was caused by ibuprofin and later meloxicam. When i stopped it eventually got better.
