You may want to look into endometriosis - the pain you are describing can be associated with this condition. Have any of your doctors mentioned this possibility?

This weird tissue is a cyst, its a hemorrhagic cyst when the cyst hemorrhages thw tissue comes out when we women menstruate. It is normal to have cyst, but if you experience to much pain that even your rectum hurts see a doctor thats what happened to me, and thats how I found out I had a cyst.
