Thanks for the information. I'm 44 years old warehouse worker i was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis both feet around 2009. I had to stop working on January 2013 because of the pain i could barely walk after i stop working i found out that i had a neuroma on my right foot i had pf released surgery and neuroma taken out on oct 2014 now sep 2015 my ankle is swollen were the tibial tunnel is located i seen 2 podiatrist sport doctor and no one can give a diagnose then the pf since is pf people think is not serious been feeling warm feet and tingling sensation and i feel spasms from bottom of my feets al the way to my lower back. It drives me crazy i feel like my leg is moving by itself. I have done every treatment for pf even surgery nothing works i sink i might have something like nerve entrapment i have a appointment with a neurologis i hope he can give me a diagnosis because I'm thinking if it's better to amputate my right foot. Good thing that you guys are not in pain because I'm walking in one foot an half and the one that i'm walking is painful too.

I am just 13 years old, but I have a similar feeling too. About every 20-30 minutes I sometimes feel like warm water is pouring in the top of my right foot. It's odd as I only feel it right in the middle of the top. Not really any pain, but it does feel strange. Does anyone know what could cause this? I don't think my shoes are really a factor since I feel it throughout the day even with my shoes off.

I also have hot flashes in my right foot, on top into the 2nd and 3rd toe from the inside. I am a 44 year old male and had a blood clot in my right ankle due to a medication complication so they believe. Its been about 3 months of blood thinners which i am supposed to come off of now, but am suddenly getting the hot flashes in the foot and maybe my calf. No swelling. The area of my blood clot is uncomfortable. I may need to have this checked into further with my Dr. I will let you know what I find out.

Hey mate, the sensation I was getting about 6montha ago has completely stopped now, hasn't happens for a few months. My doctor at the time said it was likely neuropathic pain for which we didn't find an explanation. Changed running shoes but I think my foot improvements due to that were unrelated. All I can say is good luck and it likely won't lay forever!

Yes, I have the same issue just over a week now. As if heat is slowly being released from my left foot. It comes in small waves from time to time. Quite a nice feeling, I am certain its due poor leg circulation of the flow of blood to the lower legs. I am not a professional on this matter.
But my lower both legs from my knees joints down ache from my job of standing a lot.But this is a new phenomena for me.

It'll be nerve damage from your back. Search hot foot syndrome. I had it after spinal surgery.
