i saw this "In addition to these basic causes of warm feeling in foot, there can be some others as well. You may experience it due to a chronic kidney disease, small fiber neuropathy, vitamin deficiency, and HIV AIDS. This could also be due to drug side effects, including vitamin B6 overdose, chemotherapy drugs, HIV medicines, amiodarone and more. Lead or metal poisoning, edema, and hypertension are some other common causes of warm feeling in your feet." so theres so many option it may be nothing:)

This is a good way to induce other health problems such as gallstones which can lead to acute pancreatitis which can lead to death. Stop yo-yo dieting and eat 2k a day.

I was taking 5-6000 IUs of Vit D for over a year and stopped abruptly. I began having multiple muscle spasms in my legs and my back, etc, so severe in my neck where I often have problems that I couldn't get out of bed. But I also noticed this wave of heat in one spot on my foot; not painful but a definite wave of warmth lasting only a few seconds. Dr asked me if I take Vit D. He said it helps metabolize Calcium. I will be going back on Vit D but will try a about 2000 IUs. The thing about magnesium is it's going to affect your calcium as well. I think you might be onto something here. Not tight shoes or pedicures for me either.

I'm an 18 year old female and I am having this exact problem. But now that I'm reading of people experiencing this from pedicures it's starting to make sense. I lost my toe nail about a week ago (because of soccer) and that's when this started happening. So maybe it does have something in relation to the nail bed!??

I have been getting vein closure with Clarivein for the past 9 months. I have a warm feeling almost all the time in my right foot. My feet and ankles are swollen too. My doctor checked for blockage with ultra sound but didn't seemed concerned.

I stepped on the top of a shreaded beer can one week ago and now I hear radiating from the foot with mild swelling in top of the foot with mild to severe pain when I walk on it. Its been a week and I thought by now it would be getting better not worse. Any suggestions?
