We have what are called mucous glands. Sometimes they get clogged and get infected. Sometimes we may have a cyst (barthilan) I think is how it's spelled. Sometimes it's an abscess or hernia.
I'm pregnant 18weeks I never had an issue with swelling of the p***y until now I don't get it anytime unless I have sex it doesn't hurt during sex nor after sex when I go to the bathroom my lips and everything is swollen. What can I do to get the swelling down?
Can u please explain this a little more I think I have it but I'm not quite sure still.
I have this if I don't use lubricant. I usually get the setting to go down by wearing underwear that isn't loose but not necessarily tight. I don't know if this is bad or not but the swelling goes down within a few hours.
I would like to know because I find this problem very embarrassing
Mine took almost little over a week for the swelling to go down it's never been that long before but now it's back to normal. I wish I knew why it swells every time me and my boyfriend have sex.

I am very interested. I have heart burn all the time and im a little over weight and I think its my diet. My labia is swollen after sex and It itched so bad I couldnt reaist then it swole up twice its size. Its done this before. Also I just moved to a 3rd world county cambodia (which is hotter then hell) and it started to happen when I moved here over 2 months ago and also happens frequently even without sex.
It could also be a simple case of labia Candida (yeast infection) due to the hotter climate your in causing you to sweat more and causing the bacteria to build up quicker, the swelling could also be caused if there is dry friction during intercourse causing the Candida to flare up, to help with reducing the swelling try ice packs cold baths if possible with some apple cider vinegar added to the water and see how that goes.
So what am I too eat & drink. I freaked out, got into argument with my bf thinking he gave me something, I was on my way to the doc, then I said I'd do research first.

Hi, you could have an external yeast infection if it's itching and burning, does it look red and sore too?
