Vibrations in chest

I have the exact same thing it started 2 days ago like a cell phone on vibrate. It was on the left side behind my left breast on and off on Sunday. On Monday it went to the right side almost under the right breast. It is getting more persistant. I had my pace maker checked and it showed nothing. I had a chest exray done am still waiting for that report. But it is baffling I also have no pain but it is a little scary because I did have a heart attack and the back of my heart is dead. It does not keep me awake as it is so soft that I had to stop and think what was that did I really feel that or did I imagine it? Keep the posts coming in because my Doctors are baffled.

I, too, experience this buzzing sensation but it is intermittent. May happen a couple of times in one day, but not be repeated for several weeks. I described it as one of those joy buzzers sold in comic books half a century ago but it is not topical. It's completely internal, upper to center left chest. I have no known health problems. It doesn't hurt; just a bit like a rattlesnake buzzing inside me. White male, 72 years old, unemployed, but reasonably active (Google says I walked 363 miles in six months). No medical provider, so I am self-monitoring. Not yet alarmed, but getting somewhat curious.
This is so weird because I'm having it too, right side, by rib, feels like a cell phone vibration. Are there any ideas out there?" thank you, Robin
I began having mild vibrations a few months ago, then I began to have double beats, tachycardia, and finally ended up in the emergency room with a pulse of 196 bpm. I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and put on diltiazem and flecainide. I continue to have episodes lasting up to 5 hrs of tachycardia. The vibrations are now very strong and almost never stop. The cardiologist looked at me like I was crazy and told me to talk to my GP. He told me it has to be connected to the atrial fibrillation and I need to see an electrophysiologist. I am already scheduled to see the EP is a few weeks so we will see what he thinks. Meanwhile I vibrate. When it stops I feel a kerplunk in my chest. It soon starts again.
Did you ever find a solution for this? I'd been getting Chest Vibrations, which stopped as soon as I took off my FitBit. Waiting to hear from FitBit customer services, but am worried about any long-term effects.
So ive been getting these vibrations too for a few weeks. No pain just comes on for no reason. I did have lung surgery a little over a year ago and the different muscle pains from that were just weird and irritating. I’m thinking these vibrations are actually spasms on the intercostal muscles between the ribs. Some are very small so probably not much if any pain would be involved. It almost feels like it does when your eye twitches/flutters but in your chest. I have been doing exertion exercise like walking up hill when it starts and it goes away. I’ve also tried raising my arms way above my head and stretching like I’m climbing up and trying to reach high. I’ve also done breathing exercises by taking the deepest breath in and then blow all the way out. By doing that for a bit it inflates the lungs fully calming down the muscles. I was told by my pulmonologist it can happen for many reasons. Myself being post-op and having all those muscles displaced during surgery is common and a side effect that will go away. You can also get it while working out especially doing chest snd back workouts so do more core to strengthen that and stretch the muscles out. If you have this though and have not exercised, fallen or injured the area or have had surgery then by all means get it checked ASAP because it could be a heart rhythm problem or even pneumonia starting. Each persons is different based off the reason why. If it concerns you do a telehealth visit to see if you should see your practitioner. If you need immediate assistance go to ER or call 911. I’m not a medical worker if any kind but just an experienced patient who has encountered the same and sharing the info I have. Many blessings....stay safe!
I have been feeling the same let me know if you find what it is.  _removed_
My starter after doing chest workout or so I thought.
I just started having this vibrating feeling under my Right breast. I just had the COVID shot and thought maybe related. I went to my Primary Care Doctor and she looked at me like I was crazy and said it could be a side effect and to monitor it. Well what the heck.
Mine is doing the same when I lean against right breast or carry my son or lie in bed, I can also feel it of I inhale deeply, I got a holter monitor for 48 hours which I had loads of episodes and nothing showed up, I also had an echo done nothing there and a lung xray and nothing there and about 5 ecgs and nothing there so its either a muscle or pleurisy, it doesn't do it when walking just when relaxing or lying down
phantom vibrations, ignore them
Me too! I'm in good health. It's not near my heart -- it's on the right side of my chest. It feels JUST like a cell phone vibrating in my shirt pocket -- except there's no pocket and no cell phone. It feels external -- but it's clearly internal, under my pectoral muscle. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but it almost seems like an "alien implant" has been activated and is sending radio waves or signals to another source. Is it an effect of 5G? It just came out of nowhere, with no other accompany symptoms. I know how crazy that sounds (lol) -- but anyone else who's experienced this knows exactly what I'm talking about. It feels like an implanted electrical device of some kind -- with a buzzer. You can say it's just a nerve or muscle spasm, but "DUH!" -- I could tell you that. You don't have to be a doctor to say something that stupid. I've had muscle spasms -- and it's NOT that. It's genuinely weird. I'd like to have a clearer more precise medical explanation from an expert, please
I understand I'm experience same have had testing shows nothing
