I had novasure three days ago. Woke up from surgery somewhat cramps but nurse gave me meds quickly and it was under control. Only felt cramps for about six hours after surgery, which was weird. I thought I'd be cramps longer. The next two days I felt out of it, probably from anesthetic.  Having very light pink discharge. feeling a heaviness in my uterus. But overall, can't believe how easy it was.

I had the novasure 10 days ago and having this nasty brown discharge.  The procedure was horrible, felt it all and cried the entire time (90 seconds is a long time when you feel the burning). I guess they didn't give me enough pain medicine before the procedure.  It was horrible.  Now I am plagued by this nasty brown discharge.  Would I do it again.. Right now I say Hell NO..  Maybe in a few months I will change my mind if my periods have stopped.  But, man I was totally blind-sided by the pain of this procedure

I had the Novasure and tubal litigation done 2/16. I had discharge for the first couple weeks then started bleeding. The smell is horrible when I bleed heavy. The dr said that the bleeding can last up to 4-6 weeks which he said is normal.  I know I have been very moody and no patience for my children. I am hoping the bleeding will stop very soon. I keep saying how can a person bleed this much and still be alive. But overall, I am pleased with the procedure.

This is by far the most informative post. I had this exact situation six days ago. Now I know what and why to expect. Thank you for writing your post.

Hi,
I didn't see any replies to your question, and I was hoping perhaps there were some I might have missed. I had translation two weeks ago, and am having the same mood problems you describe, despite assurances the procedure had no hormonal after effects. I'd like to know how you coped with the mood changes and how you are doing now.

I don't see any recent posts about Novasure. I have some symptoms & wanted to see if anyone felt the same. I had mine done 8-24-15, almost a week. I've had no bleeding or discharge at all. I am so exhausted all the time, even after sleeping all night. I had some bad cramps right after the surgery. I think the pain meds helped those. Just wanting some feedback from others. Thank you

I had an ablation two years ago with hardly any bleeding or discharge. I had a second nearly four weeks ago, first two weeks I had no bleeding until my period was due and that's when the heavy bleeding started, back ache and stomach cramps. It doesn't smell too healthy and I am still heavy bleeding on week four! I'm thinking this isn't right and maybe a check up is in order.

I had the novo sure procedure two years ago. I had no bleeding but a slight discharge. I felt good afterwards and was back at work straight after. This time however is a different story, I didn't bleed for the first two weeks but then started heavy bleeding when my period was due and am still heavy bleeding now. I have cramps and lower back ache and feel so tired all the time. I'm now wishing I had the hysterectomy! I hope you feel better soon. You know your own body but if you feel something is not quite right, contact your doctor.

5 weeks ago today... still bloating and still discharge/pink blood or just old.... when will this stop??? Thinking I should call the doc? Feel fuzzy headed a lot, guessing it is from hormones or ? I think I had a period somewhere in there, about 2 weeks after which would be around the right time, heavier discharge and cramping for a few days. Still no sex = told no until the discharge stopped. Told a few weeks, 5 weeks and still going!
