Good luck. I'm 64 years old and have been struggling with this for over two decades just like you. Doctors have been of absolutely no help. Diet changes have been of .... NO HELP. Exercise of various types has been of .... NO HELP. It's a horrible way to have to live, but I have found no relief.

Wondering if you ever got any answers, your symptoms are almost identical to mine.

Hi! I'm a 17 year old that is experiencing constant lightheadedness all day. It's been happening for a few days and I'm not sure what it is. I know that I have low iron and that could be the problem, but sometimes my lightheadedness turns into me fainting and falling.

Has your lightheadedness caused your hair to fall out

Hi, I had this problem for a couple of months now. In the beginning it was lightheadness, wooziness that would last for a few hours and go away. Then it became more constant throughout the day and I also started feeling a sense of unsteadiness and slight lack of balance when i walked. I did not have tinnitus as a symptom but this condition can cause it also. I had MRIs of my brain and spine, EKGs, wore a heart monitor for a week to check my heart and visited a Neurologist to check for ataxia. After I was cleared of everything I was able to have to see my physical therapist. I have cervigogenic dizziness. It can be caused by bad posture, weight training, office job. My physical therapist dry needled my Sternocleidomastoid muscle for a few sessions and now i am 100%. Other modalities are used also but this is the most efficient for fast results. After the diziness goes away you need to fix your posture andtrain properly. I hope this information will help some people

This is crazy. i have the same things. lightheaded that i have been dealing with for several years now. Not one minute of the day is without this feeling. haven't ever actually passed out but feels like i am on the verge of it constantly. I have heard so many say its anxiety and that maybe the case, but like many of you it doesn't feel that way. It is a very scary thing to deal with. Me along with my family are very concerned. I hope one day this will be figured out. is it anxiety or not? who knows but like most of you here for me it is a real cause for concern. if anyone has any new info please do not hesitate to let everyone else know. I hope that we all get the relief we need.

I am feeling the exact same way. Did you ever find a cause? I'm going to neurologist on Monday

Hi apologize for asking a question on a year old post of yours. But what tests exactly did you do in order to diagnose your condition? And have you made further progress since? I have similar issues but unfortunately, or fortunately, the ear doctors didn't find anything, maybe hte tests were not thourough enough.

Be well:)

Hi Dave, interested to hear whether you've made any progress ?

Like you, I've been to see a Cardiologist, had CT & MRI Scan, been to see ENT specialist and so far it's all returned the square root of Zero.

The best way to describe my feeling of light-headedness, is that it's a constant feeling of almost still being drunk the morning after the night before (although I haven't been drinking) and you kind of feel you're not totally "with it".

My condition started about 18-24 months ago, and there's no identifiable trigger to it I can think of.

But, I have been having stomach problems, and my GP diagnosed IBS (which means nothing). This has been going on for about 5 years, and there may have been a trigger for this, as I started a job that turned out to be not right for me, and was stressful. Thinking about this also, the birth of our daughter happened not long after, and I remember being anxious around any sound made in the night in case she needed attention.

I'm wondering if one condition begat the other.

Kind Regards
Gordon

I've had the constant lightheadness and dizzyness for five years. Went to ER twice, had tests, saw a neurologist , had MRIs - nothing. Having a drink does help. I am able to walk into a store or restaurant and not feel too bad.

I am a 37 yr old female and I have been feeling light headedness, I told my Dr. (PCP) and he said it could have something to do with Gastric problems. But I don't have any stomach problems now, and I wer Glasses and am checked regularly and don't smoke or drink. I am beginning to think that I am not getting enough O2 at night, Because I am always sniffing when I wake up.
