Knowing that you've had yours for 10 years really puts me at ease. I'm 15 and ever since I could remember I've had these little spot things down there. No they don't hurt or itch or whatever but I'm glad you said that, makes me feel a little more normal ☺️
I have a Similar bump and Im 14 this bump could be from rubbing/sweat like familygal said, Or it could be just there

I had this issue starting with one like 20 years ago. Recently due to illness I have become less active and was alarmed when I found multiple bumps mostly smaller. Its not a disease..just annoying. Use a diaper type wipe everyday on the area and then apply aloe vera. It helps a lot. I'm going to try the heating method to complete all removal. Keep using the wipes and occasional aloe to keep them at bay. Good luck.
Sounds like a hair bump
Its like the whiteheads you get on your face from time to time. Full of white "lardy" type of grease from a blocked gland I know they can be squeezed but that may lead to infection and a bit of a boil which will pop quite easily although painfull for a few days till ready to come out. Just a blocked gland
If there tiny white heads that arn't painful then there all most certainly fordyce spots.
I think I might have the same thing..... It's just a little white bump that is not sore at all! And it won't pop! I'm so frustrated because it won't go away... I had a doctors appointment and they said that if it increased in size I would have to come back but it has not. I am 13 years old. If anyone can let me know on some tips on how to get rid of it, I would appreciate it

I have had the inner labia red bumps with hard white stuff in them on and off for two decades. Annoying little things. My doctor said they are "normal" to get and nothing to be concerned about. Insurance wouldn't pay to have them lanced as that would be classified as a cosmetic procedure.
I had one bump that plagued me for years. I tried all kinds of creams, ointments, whatever to make it go away. Nothing helped. Recently I tried to pick at it with a sterile needle. I do not recommend trying that! The results of needle picking made the bump itchy. So I would rub the thing often to help with the itching. I would also gently try to squeeze the thing out. After a couple of weeks, turns out I irritated the thing enough to where that creepy, hard, white stuff came out. It was a miracle!! I had one other bump, too, so I did the same thing to that one -- continually irritated it by rubbing and squeezing it. That one took a few weeks to pop the white stuff out. Both bumps became very painful to the touch right before they were ready to pop. But definitely worth it! I'm currently bump free!

Hi, next time try a hot compress on them as it should help to draw them to a head faster.
Hi I've had a small hard white lump on the inside of my labia for about 20 years. Just recently, I started using vagisil and the cyst came out. It was white, hard and had no odor. It surprised me that it can out. I wiped and it hurt a little so I pinched it a little and it came right out. No puss, nothing. I'm so relieved that it's gone. Feels weird after 20 years of it being there and, now it's gone. Not sure if the vagisil did the trick, but it's gone. It's not herpes so relax, these are more common than you think.
