Once in a while i get a little hard bump with a white head. It is really small and on the inner lip. It doesn't hurt or anything and its always in the same spot. I usually just squeeze it while I'm in the bath and it goes away for few weeks. It's just a build up. It happens sometimes especially if you sweat a lot and wear constricting clothing. Sometimes you have to let your lady parts breath.
I have the same "hard whitehead" type bump many or you are describing. But I've been getting them on various spots on my body, and just found the one on my labia. When I popped that one and one other, a hard teeny tiny white "ball" popped out. As a former aesthetician, and with the info I've seen on here, I personally am writing them off as pimples. Or MAYBE some sort of calcium deposit type thing. May mention it to my doctor at next visit if it comes back, but for now I'm leaving it alone and at pimple status.

Mine looks like a ball that's white in color. I've had precancerous cells my entire life and now have a hysterectomy for over 10yrs now. Is this something falling out?
I have this thing too! It's a hard white bump on the lower inner part of labia :( it doesn't hurt but it's a hard white ball. Going to the doctor next week. Freaks me out
This sounds like pseudo foliculitus aka. Hair bump... Sometimes caused when shaving or a lot of friction on vagina. Like sex

I get one .... i just pop it in the shower, a hard white ball comes out .... it s÷ms to just be sebum. .. it refills every couple weeks ...and i get it out each time -guess im just getting old : ( but i still keep track of whats going on down there.
I have the same hard white pimple thing. ..I squeezed the c**p out of mine. .lol. .it was weird..white and thick. .but felt better after it was cleaned up. ..I have a few more but my sister says she gets them as well. ...I've actually had them on my face so they can't be anything serious....their like a white head only hard!
That's a boil.. most likely from tight clothing

Use ice to deaden the area before trying to prick one of these. I'm reading these comments and girls are saying it hurts, but there's no reason for it to if you'll deaden with an ice cube for a few seconds first.

Its furuncolosis a boil in that area very sore look it up puss filled when it's popped once all puss out blood appears when you see the blood bright red you know you have all the puss out can be treated also by prescription creams
