so i was playing borderlands 2 and every minute my scrotum itches, and hey it's irritating.. so I put someting it's anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-"whatever skin problem you got".. generic name ends with "-zole" and voila after applying it, it's gone as soon as I sat on my holy chair.. IT'S GONE.. so just ask me if you're interested on that..
I'm a 52 year old guy and have suffered from an itchy scrotum for as long as I can remember. Mine has never been that severe but just the urge to scratch at certain times of the day especially when hot or warm. I have also witnessed many guys in my lifetime scratching themselves uncontrollably as the urge is usually intense. This is usually very embarrassing when there are people around. I discovered long time ago that the itching is minimal or non at all if I bath daily. But if I skip one day, I will be in trouble the next day. For my case I have attributed this to excess secretion of sweat around the area. But I have also noticed that it disappear for a couple of days after I have had sex. Could it be something to do with the semen?

Having found a possible solution to this problem I would like to share it with others. I too had a very itchy scrotum with no visible rash, the area being confined to the underside of the scrotum. I found relief to the itch by applying any one of a number of anti-itch creams but the itch woud return again after a few hours. My doctor prescribed an aniti-fungal cream and later an anti-yeast cream but neither provided a cure. She then prescribed Eumovate, an eczema & dermatitis 0.05% cream to be applied twice a day. The active ingredient is Clobetasone Butyrate which is a topical corticosteroid. In the UK it is available without medical prescription but should only be used for short periods. In my case it took between 3 and 4 weeks to eliminate all symptoms when I discontinued applying the cream. 5 weeks later I am still free of any symptoms. If you try this medication please follow the instructions that come with the product very carefully.

Ok this may sound unconventional however worked for me, I had an itchy scrotum for my teens but found nothing that worked. I tried a whole bunch of creams ect to try to help.
Then one day a friend told me to go and masterbate, as a kid I did not do it often (monthly). To my amazement it worked. I did not get itchy much anymore. And if I did get itchy then I would masterbate and no itch.
