We've said it before, but we'll say it again - what you put inside your body will show up on the outside of your body. Fill up on junk, sugar, processed food and ready meals and your skin is far more likely to end up breaking out in spots. Eat the rainbow - plenty of fruits and veggies in as many different colours as you can, as this means you'll be taking in a vast range of vitamins and nutrients, which will nourish your body from the inside out.

Some people find that gluten causes bloating whilst others find that lactose causes breakouts, so if you notice that your skin gets worse - or that you feel worse - after eating certain foods, it's a good idea to keep a food diary, so that you can track to see if a pattern emerges. If it does, see your doctor and they'll be able to give you advice on what to do and what to cut out or replace.
Adequate protein intake supports muscle development for a toned physique. Nutrient-rich foods supply antioxidants that combat signs of aging and promote a clear complexion. Additionally, portion control aids in weight management.
Makeup Tricks
Makeup tricks can make all of the difference when it comes to baring your bod. Do you think Miss Moss looks that good on the beach au naturel? Probably not - chances are, she's had a little bit of help from a makeup brush or two as well as a few clever beauty products and tricks to highlight all of her very best bits. Highlighter is your very best friend, especially if you're trying to slim your legs or make your arms look leaner. Brush it down the centre of your legs and blend outwards and around the muscles in your arms to highlight their shape.
A fake tan will do wonders for your confidence, too - and if you go to a salon and get it done professionally, they can create a sculpted, bronzed look which will fake the appearance of toned limbs, by using a base colour and a slightly darker fake tan on top of that. If you'd be worried about a fake tan washing off, you could use a body foundation - they're becoming more and more popular as they cover up all manner of skin problems, from thread veins to age spots and they can even help to mask the appearance of cellulite, especially if you add a little bit of highlighter to the foundation as it'll help to reflect light back off of your skin, giving skin a beautiful glowing finish.

Dress for Your Shape
If you love your waist, choose peplums and clothes that nip in at the waist. Love your legs? Skinny jeans, leggings and minis will be your best friends. Not a fan of your tum but like your boobs? Choose scoop neck tops in chiffon or loose materials that flow rather than cling. Above all, choose clothes that make you feel good - if you feel good, you'll look good.
Practice Good Posture
Good posture contributes to a more beautiful body by enhancing physical appearance and confidence. Maintain an upright stance with shoulders back and down, chin parallel to the ground, and core gently engaged. Distribute weight evenly on both feet and avoid locking joints. This alignment not only reduces the risk of physical discomfort but also conveys an attractive and confident presence. Consistently practicing good posture supports long-term well-being and a more beautiful, poised appearance.
