Thank you so much for your kind help .
The gallbladder is located under the right ribs by the liver as they share the common bile duct.
I'm laying here in bed at 6:30 a.m. Going into third day of gallbladder pain. Throbbing pain right side under ribs with right shoulder pain. I'm sweaty no appetite ,nausea, no vomiting. I've had attacks in the past and went with gallbladder herbal remedy it helped ( milk thistle). I had bloated stomach two days ago. The pain is the same.
1 tbls of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water always relieves my pain within minutes.
Modify your diet to less fat and no alcohol.

As soon as I feel a gallbladder attack coming on I drink a full glass of water and induce vomiting. I think water helps to clear out content of the stomach and greatly relieves pressure. I then drink a glass of warm water with some epsom salt (according to instructions), which helps to relax gallbladder and ducts and apply warm compress or take a warm bath. Tea with catnip and lavender also helps. I try to sip it and then not eat anything besides tea and water for the next 2-4 hours to ensure everything calms down.
Mine are a three day ordeal with a migraine as well as the gallbladder attack. Lucky me.
Apple cider vinegar works within 15 minutes. I've tried it a few times. It helps dissolve stones.
Omg really when I was hospitalised the doctor never mentioned that the gallbladder could explode
I drink Lipton tea every day, has done nothing to slow or stop or minimize the attacks. So glad it worked for you though!
You're supposed to head to the hospital if an attack that lasts longer than six hours. I hope you find relief
No laying down position helps mine. My attacks make me throw up 10-15 times and then the pain goes away. It's the only thing that makes it stop. So painful and unpleasant, but otherwise it drags on and on.
Not trying to be funny, but does it matter if it has caffeine in the tea?
I agree with this method. I have also suffered from really terrible gallbladder attacks where I end up pacing across the floor because lying down, and sitting are the worst positions to be in. My attacks generally last for 3-4 hours, and I have found that the ONLY relief is to take 2 Tylenol, and then jump in the shower for 20 mins. As soon as I get out of the shower, I lay on my left side, and place a heating pad on my right side. This doesn't get rid of the pain completely, HOWEVER, it helps to make the pain tolerable, to the point where I can then fall asleep.
You do know After several attacks your gall bladder will shrink and quit completely!
