Your penis can continue to grow into your early 20's so it may get bigger. Not everyone develops at the same rate and not everyone at the same time.
As to what a girl might think, if she loves you it won't matter, not about your penis, your hair, your skin, anything. She should love YOU not just parts. It's not like you can change it. It's part of your DNA, like how big your hands are.
