Im a teenager and i have this too. i thought i was the only one and i thought it was just another part of my severe acne and being a teenager. I thought i should try and pop them just like i did regular blackheads and pimples, because when i popped them puss like stuff came up. I had SO many places on my cheast from where i have popped them and they got red or infected....the ones that got really red and scabbed over i poured proxicde on it to clean it out. Also something i have found that helps is when i wash my cheast with Dial Soap(because it's antibacterial) or when i was the area with my acne wash for my face, this kind of helps them go away or for me at least. Just dont pick them...it's not worth it. I had one that almost turned into staph infection. And i have to be careful because im suseptable to get MRSA or Staph infection. So i don't pick them anymore and just leave them...washing with the soap i talked about above really helps. Try it! :D

Hi girls. I'm 18, have the same problem, and honestly haven't had anything done to solve it.
I know that many women have the exact same problem, so don't let it worry you.
I ALSO notice a lot of talk about PCOS (which I also have) and it really could be a symptom.
It's nothing dangerous, but you should have a doctor look at it. I also find that many women with larger breasts have this same issue.

I have this too and here is what I do and it seems to help if I bathe every day, and sometimes twice a day.. I completely stopped using soap.. I use regular shampoos, but soap wise I dont touch the stuff I only wash wit ha rag and baking soda and it seems to help me.. I feel clean afterwards and with baking sodas mild abrasive qualities if removes alot of that other stuff that builds up.. I love it.. try it.. if it doesnt help it wont hurt..

I have the exact same thing. It's mostly from sweating since that's the two main areas you sweat in. Make sure to get a shower every day, and use body wash. I've been using Proactiv body-wash and it's been great! Make sure you stick to it though!

I feel so overwhelmed by how comforting it is to know I'm not suffering alone. I've honestly built this problem up into a horrible addiction, and it's so hard for me to stop violently popping a few breast zits whenever I'm under stress. Seems to relax me. The problem is I am really developing some scars and I am horrified and embarrassed whenever my boyfriend tries to get a peek. He's wonderful, and knows I'm suffering. He doesn't know that I prolong my recovery by popping them though. Igather by reading ya'lls responses that there are a few solutions, but no easy miracle pill. The hardest part is to not pick at myself when I'm feeling anxious. I'm so embarrassed and sickened by the scars I have now, if anyone knows a good scar cream to repair acne, please let me know. Glad I'm not alone.

hi you all might want to look into eruptive vellus hair cysts. i had 2 bumps on my abdomen biopsied and i have been confirmed to have evhc. please note that if you get a biopsy you will have a scar. but my abdomen looks terrible already, that 2 scars don't make a difference. i don't touch mine but i still get massive boils once in awhile which is due to my bra rubbing them and irritating them. both dermatologists i have seen have both advised not to play with them as our abdomen skin is not as thin as facial skin and it is hard for the "blackheads" to connect to the surface hence you can get ugly pimples or boils. i do use hot towels once a week and exfoliate on a regular basis i find that helps to make them a bit smaller but you can still see the blue tinge. there is no easy fix, but i felt better confirming what mine were. i am currently looking in to carbon dioxide laser treatment, but i have heard of people using ipl to zap the hairs out. best of luck!

I too have had this problem, and also a friend of mine. We have no solution yet. We have no choice but to just make light of it. The ones with the light hairs attached we named chicken feet because they look simular to chicken feet. I have found that using a body wash with scrubbing chrystals does eliminate a few of them. My doctor has told me not to worry and definitely not to sqeeze the ones on my nippes because it opens the pores and leaves them suseptable to infections if any bacteria was to get into them. The ones that come out looking like whiteheads if you have large pores could be a build up of body washes and or deoderant in the ones that are near the arm pits. I leave the small hairs alone because I believe the old wise tale that if you pluck one 2-3 more grow back lol. Not having it. I try not to let it bother me to much and my husband hasn't even noticed. Or if he has he hasn't said a word. I am sure he knows better. Everyone has their imperfections. Thank God cave man and woman days are way in the past.

Wow, its really great to know that I am not alone here. I could have guessed that other women get acne on their breasts, but as far as the hairs thing, I thought I was a freak. I have compulsive skin picking disorder and my main area to pick at is my breasts. I think I do it because it is easy to hide the marks I have from the public. However, like most of you, I have a boyfriend and making love is awkward when you are hiding parts of your body. He seems to love my breasts but I am super self conscious about him noticing the scabs, pores, and marks (or hairs for that matter). I can't stop myself from going in and pulling out all those hairs, on one of my breasts the whole inside is covered with enlarged pores from picking. I just can't believe that the hairs fall out so easily and that sometimes there are 3-4 of them in the same pore! Then there is when the hairs and the oil plug come out all together. Its fascinating but disgusting and makes me feel gross. Like someone else mentioned, I also have a feeling that this is a problem that mostly affects women with large and sagging breasts. I know that if I didn't have such saggy boobs I wouldn't wear a bra all the time. I think this would let the area breath a little and prevent sweating and clogged pores.

Been a bit since I wrote - I learned a few things you ladies might find helpful! Since my boyfriend loves my breats but I was too afraid to show him, I made it my resolution to make my breats his christmas present when I got back from break. This motivated me not to pick, and I rubbed scar cream, tea tree oil aloe vera and bio oil on my breasts in a constant cycle for two weeks. The pores a smaller now though I do have some crater like scars still, and the discoloration is nearly gone. He was so happy that it has motivated me to not pick whenever I get the urge. Mentally, I still crave picking whenever I get anxious and sometimes I'll get weak and pop one or two but so far I'm doing much better, hope you all are as well!

I have the same thing :/ It's so embarrassing. I constantly pick and pop the blackheads even though I know they will come back. and sometimes they leave unattractive scars. I guess I have to learn to just ignore it. I thought I was the only one lol But it really is annoying, I also have a similar problem with my arms as well. It makes me so self conscious.

Oh my goodness! I'm so glad that I'm not the only one! I take care of the problem by standing under as much light as possible and gently pluck and ive noticed they've stopped showing up as much!

I used to have the same problem! But one day I decided to use rubbing alcohol on them and they went away the next day!! Just like that! I also used the rubbing alcohol on my face (since I used to have awful acne) and all of my acne went away too! I am so happy with my skin now :)

No, I experience this as well, and I have my bra off as offten as possible! I wear a DDD, so I do understand not being comfortable without your bra, but I strongly recommend going to bed without your bra on. I saw a doctor about it, and it can lead to serious long term damage to your brest, as well as restrict blood flow to your skin!
