I understand your distress. This issue can be painful, inconvenient, and embarrassing. However, things could be worse. Chin up.
Eliminating dairy stopped this problem for me. Try it for 30 days and see if it makes a difference. There's no better feeling in the world than getting rid of this embarrassing problem. I can gladly do without cheese and milk!

Hi! Have you figured out what the problem is? My situation is exactly the same as yours, my whole family (except my mother) has the same problem. The 'pimple' appears once in a while (quite seldom) but when it appears it scars my butt & it is sometimes painful to sit on. And then it goes off. And you forget about it until the next time it appears. I'm just afraid that it may escalate into something worse in future.

Hi I had the problem and I found out it was polyester which was anoying it but now I don't wear polyester stuff and stay 100% cotton and it seems to work thanks to u I feel better
