Then you are most likely safe. The sperm had to go through two layers of clothing, be lucky enough to land right on your vagina, and then they would have to swim up to your fallopian tubes. Probably not happening. But avoid moisture (other than bodily fluids) when doing stuff like that. Moisture = easier time for the sperm to swim. Again, it's extremely unlikely anything happened.
