Have you had your B12 levels checked? I have been having those same issues for years and I have anemia as well. Have the doctor do a CBC if they haven't already and check the B12 and Folate levels to see if you are deficient in either of those 2 areas. B12 deficiency can cause all of the symptoms that you are describing. It can also cause loss of coordination and balance, memory loss, mood swings, headaches or migraines, vertigo, Raynaud's Syndrome, pins and needles or peripheral neuropathy if left untreated too long. B12 deficiency anemia is called pernicious anemia which caught early can be treated but left untreated can have devastating consequences.

Hi. I'm a 13 year old female and I'm having some of the same symptoms. For example, i suddenly get dizzy and my chest hurts very badly. When I try to take deep breaths, it hurts a lot. My doctors say I a=have asthma, but they check everything and say it's perfectly normal. Is it really normal to try to do hw and suddenly feel like your about to fall from pain and dizziness?

Get your thyroid checked!!!! This happens to healthy young females as young as 16 and causes depression, mood swings, dry skin, hair loss, weight gain or loss, extreme fatigue, extreme dizziness, weakness, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, skin rash, chest pain (sharp and frequent), fingers cracking and dry, trouble breathing, breathlessness, feeling like you can't swallow, tightness in the chest, appetite gain or loss, intolerance to cold, cold hands and feet, and MORE!!! Its relatively common and extremely easy to treat with proper medication but the longer you let it go the worse it gets.

Also joint pain and stiffness etc. It makes you feel lazy unhealthy and old even if you are none of these! Just go to the doctor and ask for blood work checking for anemia or thyroid disease.

Oh shoot and most importantly with thyroid is the brain fog and memory loss!!! That's a huge sign!

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I have had a lot of the same symptoms for about 2 years now. After seeing many doctors, including ones at supposedly the best hospitals in the country, and getting no answers, my family doctor finally figured it out. I have POTS. It is called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. You tube it for a good explanation on a video called "What is POTS?" I had to have a tilt table test to get the final diagnosis, and finally they can see what is wrong and are not just telling me its anxiety. I hope this helps you. It can happen to teenagers. It is not uncommon, but it is uncommonly diagnosed. It was only discovered in 1993.

I am only 14 and I've been experiencing this too. I am perfectly healthy as far as I know, not prescribed to anything, havent been diagnosed with anything, I havent even broken a bone.
I am not sure when it started but I will, at the most random of times, get a sharp pain in my chest/ heart area. I also almost constantly feel dizzy or my chest tight especially if I go to reach for something or move to fast.
I haven't told anyone about it because I don't know if it's something to worry about and my parents will probably blame it on me being unfit or something.
I've been reading the comments but I am unsure of what it could be, they all say something different.
