I have the same thing noticed it two weeks ago attached to the left testicle...Think ill see my primary if it cause problems right now it doesnt hurt or anything...I notice it more in a hot shower...Its like sensitive to hot water...I was also think that sometimes I have to drive far at work and often dont realize vecaude my left nut hangs lower because of it I occasionally sit on it ..

Wowww, really weird to see that there are so many others with the same problem. Weirdly enough, I have the extra half nut attached to my RIGHT one but I never worried about it, I mean it's just an extra half of a nut. Ok well now I'm 30 YRS. Old and have had the 2&1/2 balls my whole life as well . Never had a problem with it. I use to freak out when I was younger now I'm sure it's safe!! Same here. First noticed when i was about 15 and im now 31 and have a child so no issues with health with this. Mine is also a smaller ball conected to the left testicle so its like 2 and a half testicles like others have.
