I too am part of the 3 nutter butter club! I noticed it as a young teen (it was smaller then) forgot about it for a long time and then noticed it again just from being older and more aware of "things" in and on my body. I am 51 and have 2 perfect grown children. I have always recognized my super high sex drive, and still can get it up at a moments notice! So...I salute you little half nut!

I was messing around with my boyfriend and i felt a "third Testicle" on his right side. I tried to ask him about it and he got a little upset. I am just super worried. I want to ask him of he every had it checked out but i dont want him to get upset or feel embarrassed. I just dont want it to be something serious. Coming on here and seeing that other men have this makes me feel a little better but im still worried. Thank you guys for sharing.

I have 2 regular ones. And on my right side there is a small extra one about 1/4th the size and round, i first noticed it about 5 years ago, it's never hurt or been an issue, just worried about what it is.

I have two regular testicles in each sack, similar in size. And then I have one that sort of sits slightly above them, in between them that's about half the size. On occasion when it's cold, it's harder to find. But it definitely FEELS like a testicle, as I can feel the vein that runs on each of them. So . . . idk?

Are sure you don't have one on the other side as well? Because it might be your epididymes. Which basically help transport sperm.

I am in same boat, but mine arrived shortly after playing a round of paintball. When I was younger, I was a referee. And had been shot down there MANY times.the last one was about 10 years ago. It was small at first. Had it looked at and doctor did some test and said it was fine. But as I'm getting older it getting bigger. Right now it's twice the size of the regular ones! And hurts more them the others when there's any trauma to them, like when doing 35 to 40 on bike and hitting a bump in the road! Think it's time to view options...

Im 15.I was worried from last 3 days about this.I searched internet and got to know that it can me CANCER.I was so horrified at that time ,I cried for hours and I was planning to meet doctor personally without telling anyone.Then I remembered that I used to have this thing hanging from my right ball from last 4-5 yr ,if it was cancer it should have spread till now.I thankyou all for sharing info.This is rare condition is called polyorchidism. I have type 2. The extra testi helps in producing sperms .Guys nothing to worry about.
If you have pain,swelling and redness then refer to a doctor.

Literally had a nice set of balls yesterday and today I'm pooping and looking around like us men do and I felt the 1/2 testicle and I kinda freaked out and I found myself on this sight because I thought I was going to die but I feel better haha
