man i have lil bumps like have been stated im only 15 and i popped a couple of them ans thay came back white puss then blood can you please let me kno sum10 anybody... do i have any thing?

I have identified my particular problem as Trichilemmal cysts. I've had them for a number of years. Sometimes they pop, releasing that ricotta cheese-like substance. Sometimes they don't pop at all because they're too hard. Rarely when they pop, it doesn't come out to the surface and the whole area swells. When this has happened, it will eventually become an open sore. It is possible once this happens to force the cyst out and forcibly remove it from the scrotum entirely. There was some blood involved with this. Once I discovered I could essentially do surgery on myself, I started to use a pin. Make a small gash above the cyst, force the cyst out, and use a combination of pin and fingernails to rip it off. There is a minimal amount of blood with this method, and it healed over in a couple of days. I don't recommend doing this with the deeper cysts. Always make sure your hands, crotch, and the pin are clean and sanitized.
GO SEE YOUR GENERAL PRACTITIONER!! I'm going to see mine in a few days and I intend to ask him about these specifically.

Thanks guys, i was worrying too. i have had a bunch of them on my testicles and it was frightening me. Now i guess i must not worry, since lots of people have them. I also just now grew a black one maybe the sie of the end of your pinky, and it is worrying me. it is swelling and hurts really bad. any ideas what this might be?
