I'm 15 Years old and have a lot of tiny white spots all my testicules and Thw bottom of my penis and I'm starting to get worriedly beause I started noticing them at the beginning of last yea tear and they have changed, I also have a big Hard Spot on my scrotum with A small leak coming out of it now and again? I really don't want to go to GP Because it will be embarrassing any help will do thanks

I feel like the embarrassment or anger over being told they'd go away, and they didn't, is misguided. These people commit their lives to help with this sort of thing. Just go to a dermatologist, explain how it's really a huge issue. Or don't, it's your scrotum I guess.

This is usually ingrown hair if you have tweezers and the hair is sticking out. pull it. It should just be one long hair but if not then I would see a doctor

26 years old. Can get them drained at the drs. I’ve had them, but not to the degree you’re experiencing. I’ve tried to cut them out. Lots of pain and lots of blood. Thought I had herpes and told my dr about them. He told me a warm to hot compress daily and the body would reabsorb them. It worked. Keep your nuts dry. Especially after taking a shower. I rarely get them if I’m not working in the heat. Baby powder before work and tight pants/ underwear don’t help.
