Hi Gemelas2. I look completely natural. my nose job was a complicated one. I have no idea how he did it but it looks incredible. I highly highly recommend him. I can send you pictures if you contact me privately.

You ALWAYS have something to worry about when you go under the knife. What these doctors don't tell people is that even if they do their jobs well, they aren't the gods they purport to be. Don't do any surgery unless your situation is really unliveable.

I understand that nose jobs are what he is good at. But don't have ANY surgery unless it is an ABSOLUTE must.

Do not go to Dr. Jacono he botched my up my face. He is the worst. He has no skills at all. Run, run, run!

Terrible surgeon, horrible, horrific, the worst! Do your research people! Focus on the bad posts and not the positive ones. The good ones are written by his people! Can't believe a word. There are too many of us out there that have to live with his botched job!!! So sad, so very sad

Andrew Jacono's J Spa is equivalent to entering THE HOUSE OF HORRORS! Upon entering the J Spa be prepared to have your worst nightmare come true. You have already met Jacono, only once, for an expensive consultation and you believed everything he had to say. You noticed he exudes confidence, but please note that is all he has. You trust him, so now it is the day of your operation. It is time for you to enter THE HOUSE OF HORRORS. You may be introduced to another doctor that will be present for the operation and you're surprised. This wasn't told to you in advance. Now you are going to question, who is going to cut my face open? Jacono will tell you he will be the only one operating. Yeah, right! You will NEVER know and you can't prove anything. You have the gut feeling to run out the door. If you are smart you would, but you convince yourself to stay. Big mistake! Nothing is in your hands anymore, you have lost all control. You trusted this doctor and you had no clue what was about to happen to you. You wake up from surgery and the doctor is nowhere to be found. You are scared. You go home and the aftermath is soon revealed. You have asymmetry, scarring everywhere, loss of circulation, and on top of it all...NERVE DAMAGE! But what horrifies you the most, is that he rearranged your face in the most unimaginable way. You are HORRIFIED! He did things to your face that were never discussed prior to surgery. You are in utter disbelief. Don't be shocked to find out that what you asked him to do and what you paid way too much money for...was never done! Now every time you look in the mirror, you don't recognize the person looking back at you. It is like looking in a funhouse mirror, but it doesn't go away. This is the new you. The old one died in THE HOUSE OF HORRORS. Now what do you do?

same horribe experience. my lower eyelid surgery left me with two horrible scars in both corners of my eyes (quarter of an inch long!!!). he tried to fix the scars and made things worse!  on the third attempt trying to fix ever more horrible scars he wanted to charge me money for the procedure!!! unbelievable. i am at utter disbelief. its been over 2 years now, and i walk with my head down trying to cover up my horrendous (can't cover these scars with makeup!) scars! stay away! i am lookign for a good lawyer!

Good for you!! Find a good lawyer and sue him. I know he is already in litigation that can only help your case. I too am left with horrible scars!! You can view my horrible scars on realself....I am Tara Anne..AKA Ugly Eyes.

Jacono is terrible at rhinoplasty. I have had a horrible experience. I've posted my pictures on realself under multiple bad rhinoplasty surgeries... You can make a decision for yourself.

To the guest that has scars under eyes from a routine eye job... Who r u? I have come to learn that this is Andrew Jacono's signature trade mark, long scars under the eyes that never go away and makeup cannot cover. Talk about ugly and so obvious. Do you believe he calls himself a top surgeon? He doesn't know how to do a routine eye job. He doesn't know how to stitch without making an obvious mess. I guess he is still practicing.

Honestly, The last 5 or 6 comments/complaints sound like they were written by a disgruntled employee. I have had nothing but a positive experience with my surgery. One year out...I receive compliments from people most unlikely to ever give out a compliment. As far as the staff...they were all nice except for one person who is no longer there...I could never understand how she fit in...because she did not! I would highly recommend Dr. Jacono...and his follow up care has never been anything but top notch. He is a very caring Plastic Surgeon...busy ....but he has always made time for any questions and has given answers.
