Your bodies are covered in skin, your skin is covered in pores....pores produce natural oils to stop your skin drying out known as "sebum", these little spots are known as "sebaceous pores" coming from the word "sebum", basically foreskin, labia (vagina lips), aerola (the ring around nipples) and the lips on your face are all skin that needs to stretch, and so they naturally produce alot of sebum which can build up in the pores creating these little bumps. Another factor may be puberty...horemones telling your body to get ready for some fun (and also teens tend to wash less and sit in dark dingy rooms, flashing on webcams and masturbating all day hehe)
Is it anything to worry about? NO, most guys have them, alot of girls have them and honestly they're nothing special. If you're still worried about a girl or boy "freaking out" at the sight of them, just talk about it before hand...chances are they have them too.
So you want them to go?, The only thing i'd suggest is wash....as normal, have a shower every day (maybe twice if you're stinky :p). I wouldnt advise using any "products" as skin in these places is very sensitive and i'd rather have a few barely noticable bumps than burn myself, irritating them further. There are laser treatments avaliable but they're expensive and painful and dont last for very long.
What you should never do is squeeze them, however fun and satisfying that may be....all you're doing is risking exposure to bacteria, once bacteria gets inside, those pores can form "sebaceous cysts" which can grow HUGE basically they're big hard lumps of pus, still curable, but yucky...and scarring. Scarring of the penis is especially bad, why?.
Lift your arm directly up, imagine that is your penis (bare with me), now imagine that on the inside of your arm...the skin is tighter because you have a big scar on it...what that does is bend your arm at your elbow...well, same for your penis. In some extreme cases a scarred penis can bend at 90 degrees when erect, making it impossible to have sex without corrective surgeory. The corrective surgeory involves cutting a triangle wedge out of the other side of your penis and pulling the skin and muscle together to straighten it out, it can be fixed...but you may lose an inch. So yeah, if you have been squeezing...stop :P
Finally, if they start changing size, or colour...or become painful, thats when you should be going to the doctors.

Im 25 and have had them since i was 13 mine are only on my testicles with the exeption of 3 in a row under the head of my penis.. No sexual parter has ever noticed them so I dont worry about them if you go see a dermatologist they should be able to help you out. This effects about 80% of men in some way and it is genetic, so telling your parents you want to see a doctor shouldnt be so hard considering your father probally has them too.
