What I do is insert it till it melts then If my vagina isn't frozen I insert a second icecube (after 1st one melts) and then when THAT ONE melts I insert something (eg: Fingers,dildo, etc) into my vagina. I thrust it as far as it can can go or as far as my body lets it. While doing that I rub my clit or whatever place it feels good to rub. (everybody has that one spot/ those spots.)

I am not sure I would recommend this, due to the risk of frostbite. Some people are okay with it; others find it extremely painful.

It's up to you whether to accept that risk, I just think there are probably safer ways to masturbate than that.
