This is what I do,
First start gently teasing your clit, don't actually touch it until it's absolutely irrisistable and your so wet that your housemates will need to place a slippery when wet floor sign outside your bedroom door. Start with one finger slowly going in and out, then two, three and four... then when your wet enough shove your whole hand in there...Eventually you'll be able to put your whole arm inside yourself, but don't stop there... Keep going. Right up to your shoulder, you'll feel a funny sensation but don't worry. When your own head is inside your vagina that's when things get really fun. While inside there don't be afraid togo exploring, you can lick the Wall where the G-spot is and even check out how your ovaries are developing... But still keep going. Soon you'll be able to fit your entire body inside yourself, and you'll really know who you are.You can substitute the wet p***y with shitloads of lube if you find your getting a bit tight around the shoulder area..

hmmm An Idea that I have seen in some videos to help me with the same problem is to act like your finger is the penis and thrust in and out like your having sex while rubbing your clit. If this was helpful Im happy for you :)

That is very unsafe to pump air into your vagina.
Taken out of 'Healthline' article:
"In rare instances, blowing air into the vagina during oral sex can cause an air embolism. In this case, the air embolism can occur if there is a tear or injury in the vagina or uterus. The risk is higher in pregnant women, who may have a tear in their placentae."
"Sometimes an air embolism or embolisms are small, and do not block the veins or arteries. Small embolisms generally dissipate into the bloodstream and do not cause serious problems. Large air embolisms can cause strokes or heart attacks and could be fatal. Prompt medical treatment for an embolism is essential to your survival."
